Bed bugs. We are bitten all over. Management didn't refund the room. Offered us a free airport shuttle, which is equal to £2.50 each, but no apology. Massive inconvenience and quite frankly gross. We also found old receipts from previous guests from four days ago, so the cleaning has to be questioned again. Breakfast is also poor. For the prices in Laos I don't expect much but I at least expect somewhere clean.
