On the day before check-out, I discovered bed bugs in the room. I immediately messaged the property through the website to report the issue. While I initially thought it was manageable, I’ve been experiencing persistent itching and discomfort ever since — it’s now been about a week. This has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I hope the management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects and treats the room to prevent this from happening to future guests.
