Wild Rover Cusco

highly disappointed with how the staff handelded our laundry situation. We had to wake up at 3am to get our laundry as it did not arrive at 10pm the day before as they said it would. Tried to do the right thing and paid the laundry in advanced. The next day they offered a discount to our friend but would not offer us the discount as a refund, after we paid 85 sols and did not receive the laundry in time as expected.

Honestly could see this place being cool but it was not at all. First: there was nobody staying here which was fine, but the problem was that the hostel bar staff played music on full volume until 2 in the morning every night which kept us awake even though there was no one in the bar. Second: my friend and I left to machu pichu for a night and came back to having found alcoholic beverages in our beds and what appeared to be people having slept in our beds. The location was okay at best

Wild rover in Cusco is overrated. The vibe each night was really bad and dead. Most people who stayed there left at night and partied else where, as wild rover was boring and so far away from everything. I’d never stay back here again

Budget friendly place but not enough facilities and privacy.

Hostel full of the most selfish and insufferable people. Had our dorm member having sex for hours after we told them to stop. She then proceeded to throw up on my bag. Avoid this place if you are a traveller looking for a good sleep and value your belongings. Positives were the night receptionist who provided us with refund and aided with the clean up process. The facilities and security are also very good in fairness. But the fellow travellers will ruin it for you!

It’s just a wannabe viajero. The staff are generally nice but the security was unnecessarily intimidating and also manager was very unhelpful. And it was loud in the coworking area.

Most people seem to love this hostel, but my experience was completely different—and honestly, pretty disheartening. From the moment I arrived, I felt a cold, passive-aggressive energy from the front desk staff. I approach people with basic respect and openness, but it was clear I wasn’t welcome. Just didn't like it. I'm aware that I'm the odd ball here, everyone lovs emit here. I just felt a cold distance from the staff as soon as I arrived and I try very hard to connect with people. The guy I first interacted with had an attitude with me and then the 2nd female did too. I could go into detail, everyone wjust leave it at that. I don't know their names but personally just hated being here except for maybe the bar staff members. It was just easier for me to stay here physically. never

Hostel é bem simples porém bem limpo e funcional. O staff ajuda bastante porém o chuveiro poderia ser um pouco melhor. Algumas tomadas do quarto estavam ruins também. O passeio de Kayak ofertado pelo hostel é simplesmente incrível.

By far the best Wild Rover I’ve stayed at. The place is huge, the beds are comfortable, it has a sick outdoor chilling area and the bar was heaps of fun. Steph and Alexandra at reception were super friendly and helpful, and they sell the best croissants!

Highly recommend! Comfortable bed, plenty of space, great food, good deals on drinks! Perfect location to stay in Cusco

Very nice! Staff was lovely and worked tirelessly to maintain the property. Lots of events and activities. The spectacular view was worth the money alone. Would stay again!

The location of the hostel was a bit far from the city center, which meant a lot of walking was required to get to most places. When I arrived, the staff only showed me where my room was and did not give any introduction or tour of the rest of the hostel facilities. Overall, the friendliness of the staff was somewhat limited compared to other Wild Rover hostels I have stayed at. Additionally, the toilet flush was not working properly during my stay

Great hostel, fun to be in and very clean. Takes awhile for the check-in, other then that very happy with the service and the stay

Great place, lots of things to do, atmosphere is great, always got a futbol game on in the bar. Have all kinds of people, some staying for the night and hiking machu pichu or rainbow mountain early morning, and some people partying late, i got to experience both!

Amazing hostel. Everything was very good. The rooms are amazing, the bar/restaurant serves good food and shows football which was nice. The hostel is however located a little walk outside of Cusco up some tough stairs, but it isn’t too bad.

All round great hostel, party but that bit is separate from the sleeping area so its really easy to sleep. Great that they let you leave luggage for free while trekking etc.

Great hostel, lots of good food and fun. Thank you to Virna at reception for being so helpful. Definitely recommend coming here
