Ran out of towels, only takes cash and the nearest atm is in the city square which is not close.

They messed up about everything they could, came back and somebody was sleeping in my bed, even though i had booked 3 nights in the same bed..

Got my stuff misplaced by cleaning after 3 hours in my room and management just said “sorry”. Really miss that sweater!

Won't let me back to my overpriced private room after hours...

I didnt like the experience, so far and expensive. Just for gringos

One of the members of staff lied about not having my portable charger at reception after I left in in Wild Rover La Paz, and it now turns out that one of them took it after someone kindly left it at the desk. I thought something fishy was happening

Stayed at this hostel for one night and it was a disaster. Upon arrival we asked for a towel but they didnt have any. When we went to checkout they only accepted cash and the nearest ATM was at the main square which is like a 20 minute walk. Probably worst hostel I've stayed at in Peru. Save yourself some time and dont stay at this hostel.

Uma blusa e um chinelo aprenderam a fazer mágica e sumiram. Hostel para adolescentes que buscam festa e nenhum descanso. Os quartos são próximos do bar e torna-se impossível ter uma noite de descanso.

Don't expect a good night's sleep before Machu Picchu, the 20 bed dorm will slowly drive you to the brink of sanity while you want to brutally attack your fellow hostel goers. Arguably our fault, but we did book a 10 person dorm and they messed up the booking. No free water either, strange trend in Peru that really needs to stop.

Giving this review as a guest for the parties and they are fun!!! Except for some young British guys that are too drunk and get on everyone's nerves. If you want to stay there, it looks nice but it will have lots of party🎉

Nice view on the hill, fun social spaces, and the staff are kind (thanks Sam, Max, and Vannia!).

The dorms are nice and clean. We loved the pool table & ping pong table. But mostly the vibe and good service from the staff especially Virna <3

The guard at the entrance assaulted me, holding me by my arm to forcefully cut my bracelet off even tho I wanted to keep it as a memory. Very disrespectful behavior. Best hostel I stayed at during my whole trip in peru. The rooms have plenty of space and are are great. The staff is quick and friendly easy to chat with and always checking in to see if you’ll join for activities. The bar is has the best view and great food options. The activities are easy to sign up for and so fun. a great way to meet new people at the hostel and the bar scene is great with tons of people.
