I feel terrible, I don’t like writing bad reviews unless the customer service is really bad, which it wasn’t here. However, this goes beyond my limits. Every night I would be scratching myself not knowing if I had a new allergy or if there was mosquitos in the room, so I changed beds. Then, same thing happened and I saw two tiny things crawling on my neck and first reflex was : bed bugs! But they weren’t. People on the internet told me these looked more like fleas, and indeed, they didn’t follow me home (thankfully). As I said, their customer service was great, they let me arrive/leave with my luggage before checkin and after checkout. I never told them about this problem because I was only sleeping there and didn’t have the chance to cross paths with the staff, but for the same or less money you can get better in Sayulita 🤷🏻♀️
