   When I arrived the recepcionist doesn’t know about my appointment, but later notest, even when I wrote them at least 2 times if i can get a lower bed because I have back problems; he put me in a third floor dorm bigger than mi reservation says and mixed, and I asked for my less people room, so he put be in a room which the bed was up in the cabin, with a really bad ladder to get up. After that I noticed that were a girls bag inside and he said that only was the girlfriend clothes from a guest. After that I went to take a shower and when I came back close the door because I was changing my clothes and suddenly someone start to punch the door and scream in Thai, and When I open the door appears a girl screaming and threatening me with a guy; I stopped changing my clothes and said to the receptionist and told me laughing that was her sister, but he didn’t say nothing to her. This disgusting lady stay ALL THE NIGHTS IN A MALE DORM with this guy (that neither her or her “boyfriend” -European maybe-) has any key, in a 6 MALE dorm that was full, so we were 7… the first night these guys arrive at the dorm drunk at 3 am screaming and push away my ladder, so I didn’t have chance to get down, and there was a party close to the dorm making noise ALL NIGHT… but in resume I don’t recommend at all this place, the receptionist, the cleaning lady (also scream at me) and all this weird scene was the worst nightmare ever).

   NOTHING We were SCAMMED, the room or facility has nothing to do with the photos. Even though I had sent a message beforehand to tell them that I was an asthma patient, they gave us a damp and disgusting room. When I told them that we could not stay in this room, they said they would refund our money if we canceled, but they did not pay. The person who answered the phone told us he was the boss but he LIES . THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM PLACE

   It was relatively cheap They don't have safe in rooms, so you can't leave cash in your room. My was stolen. Apart from the stollen money, you should be ready to hear loud music from nearest pubs till about 3am.

   Free water. At first the owner tried to split myself and my friend up despite booking a female only dorm. She tried to place one of us in a male dorm despite being young female travellers. The owner told us someone would be sleeping on our floor and then came into our room at midnight and kicked a girl out. The owner turned all the lights on and was shouting with no consideration for other guests. Myself and my friend then feared who would be coming in. There are also not enough facilities for the amount of people. One shower room between 12-16 people. These are dirty and ill-equipped. The male hostel worker made us feel uncomfortable, called us ‘beautiful’, asked what room we we staying in to ‘look after us’ and then came into our room without knocking. The bedroom doors don’t have locks on so we felt scared all night.
