Service, cleanliness, comfort and location were all perfect for the price of this hostel. Sadly my bed had bed bugs that kept me up the entire night. The management was apologetic but I don’t think I will return, couldn’t get out the door fast enough and it was a torture to stay the remainder of the night when I woke up itchy at 2am. Management mentioned I should have requested for a room change then, but to move out of a bunk bed in the middle of the night with other people in the room just didn’t seem right and I don’t think I could have gotten better rest anywhere else in the establishment.
