Really don’t recommend this hostel. We found bed bugs and we’re refused to switch rooms without an additional charge. We’re offered a full refund if we left which was revoked to us nor 1/2 nights because we showered before moving hostel. They refused to include the deposit in refund so got less than half our money back. We’re accused of falsifying bugs to seek bigger room?? To top it off a £25 charge has been put through my bank card (that I didn’t pay with) weeks later w no explanation?!
