Very dirty, they had bedbugs and the staff lier about the drinking water, they say it is safe to drink then they fill it up with tap water. The wifi was horrible and it is only available from 8 am to 11 pm and during this time it was pretty much not working, they recommend horrible stuff to you because they have interest in them
I had a great time at the hostel, the staff members are super helpful and it’s an awesome place to make new friends but I was also very disappointed because I extended for two more nights before heading to another destination and when I got back, there was no more space and they put me in a casa particular close by, saying that they had made a mistake. What made me upset was the fact that I made the reservation at the front desk a couple days before leaving and there was availability whoever, ...
Good location in center of old Havana. Too much people in very small room with old bunk beds and terrible matrasses. Too noisy to get a reden sleep.
Bedbug infestation at this hostel especially in the 8-bed dorm on the second floor!!!
Honnêtement, à part l'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel, le lieu ne vaut vraiment pas le coût. Vous trouverez bien mieux et moins cher dans la région de Hanane. Le Wi-Fi est extrêmement lent et coupé à 23 h. Les toilettes et les chambres ne ferment pas, et bien que nettoyés, des traces de sang sont présentes sur les draps. Petit plus : des morceaux de plafond sont tombés sur moi pendant la nuit...
Honestly, apart from the location and the kindness of the staff, the place really isn't worth the cost. You'll find much better and cheaper in the Hanane area. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow and cut off at 11pm. The toilets and bedrooms don't ferment, and although cleaned, there are traces of blood on the sheets.
Do not trust this hostel and its staff. When you come to the hostel in the evening, your bed may be reserved for someone else. On the third day I spent here, I stated that I wanted to extend my reservation for one more day. A staff recorded in the book at the reservation desk. An hour later another staff asked if I would like to book a taxi as I am leaving tomorrow? I agreed. I talked to another third staff, “don't change my bed linen, I'll stay one more day.” No problem so far. But w...
Small hostel with very basic dorms but that is just cuba. This place would have a better review if it wasn’t for one of the workers stealing my friend’s apple airpods which were left behind the desk by a friend for us to collect a few days later. They unsurprisingly ‘vanished’ and the worker whom they suspected took them would not answer phone calls from colleagues. Can only discredit this one worker however think management could have done more to help retrieve them.
Oh this hostel. It’s so bad and so great. It’s slightly moldy but they hide the smell with incense and blast reggaeton covers of pop songs on the speaker so you forget. Most of the staff is super friendly and the rest are passive aggressive and lie to make us use their expensive taxi services and bad exchange rates. Small hostel with lovely staff. They were super helpful organising everything, changing money etc. The beds shake a lot and the rooms are quite small but I didnt mind so much. The breakfast is yummy and a good way to meet the other travellers.

This place is awesome in every aspect, location, staff, etc, I had a problem with my passport and they were very helpful and supportive, I can 100% recommend this hostel as a great place to stay and meet new people, find new friends and have amazing experiences!
I had a really amazing stay here! The family who owns it is fabulous. They keep the place very clean and they made sure to tell me ways to stay safe while i traveled Havanna. They know about resources in the area as well and will check in with you a lot. Definitely felt like friends :)
Nice overall hostel, very helpful and friendly staff. Not far from restaurants and next to the coast. Facilities are pretty basic but has all you need. Recommend brining handsoap as this isnt supplied

El hostal es simplemente espectacular, te sientes como parte de la familia, desayuno muy rico incluido, todo el personal muy amable y atento a ayudar en todo. la unica pequeña recomendacion es mejorar el filtro de agua, por todo lo demas maravilloso, recomendado 100%, volvería siempre.
The hostel is simply spectacular, you feel like part of the family, very rich breakfast included, all the staff very friendly and attentive to help in everything. the only small recommendation is to improve the water filter, for everything else wonderful, 100% recommended, would always come back.
Just a overall great hostel. There is a small family that lives here at the hostel. They are the owners. You feel welcome at all times!
Perfect place to stay, nice energy. Clean, friendly and location is ideal! Close to old center, but not noisy. Malacon in front, just like busstops. Absolutely a recommandation

Overall a great hostel ! The staff is phenomenal and help with any questions you have and can give recommendations. The hostel isn’t much but it’s clean and in a great location. WiFi is good during the day and the breakfast is good. Not very social but I can honk that’s Havana in general. Highly recommend
Can absolutely recommend. Especially the triple A team (Alina, Alliot, Ayleen) are very lovely people. They give good advice to their guests and are always happy to recommend on how to get to places or do things. The hostel is well located in Havana’s old town. This is also a great place to meet people, I made some good friends there.
Ich war 14 Tage in diesem Hostel und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Sehr nette Menschen die einem jederzeit helfen. Frühstück is inklusive und gut . Die Betten sind was durch aber in Ordnung
I have been in this hostel for 14 days and I can only recommend it. very nice people who help you at all times. breakfast is included and good. the beds are was by but in Ordnung
