Mattresses were clean and comfortable. Pretty good location I really should have read the negative reviews better before staying. - staff extremely rude and unhelpful - horrible uncomfortable pillows - bar was expensive, staff were rude and it had limited open hours. - Absolutely nowhere else to sit in the whole place besides the bar not even a bench to organise luggage in the lobby. So if the bar was shut you have to sit out on the street - bathrooms were small and got dirty quick - loud intrusive housekeeping staff came in early each day - rooms were cramped and crowded - huge groups of men on bucks or football trips made the place feel loud and unsafe. Repeatedly they were screamed at right outside our window by the manager.
