Laguno Hostel and Guest House

Told us on arrival they had a bed bug issue which they were dealing with hence we weren’t allowed in the room we booked. instead we had to share with an entire other family. the room had double the amount of beds we booked for. they were talking and singing in the room all night there is no quiet time at this accommodation. heard someone throwing up nearly all night. 2 nights in a row. waste of money. they could when warned us of the bed bugs before we came as we were already messaging. would never stay here again. didn’t refund us any money either after offering they would. the other guests also laughed and joked about us to the staff when we arrived, staff laughed. lots of taxi drivers hang around outside and hassle you. not near the beach
