    I booked 4 nights, with the booking form filled in with arrival time (mandatory details). On the same day I received an email from the hostel stating that I had not provided an arrival time and that I should do so otherwise my booking would be canceled. So I emailed them using booking.com customer service and explained the facts, but look - the response was another email from the hostel with the exact same content. So, just to be sure, I texted the booking details and that was it. Regarding the nights booked, it was recorded as 3, not 4, but this was corrected without any problem.
