Some rooms are in other buildings than reception. There are no parking spots (other than two outside of the main building, taken by the staff). If somehow you get the spot, they charge the same amount as the neighbouring secured parking lot. Staff tries to charge an additional fee for pets. There are no towels. There are two toilets (toilets and showers are combined) for around 30 beds, and they are dirty and in bad condition. A guy in the neighbouring room was bitten by bedbugs. The place itself is in a shady yard where locals drink, smoke, roam around and accost and comment on passers-by. We were charged triple for a late booking, making it hotel like price for a night
