   I strongly advise NOT to stay at Burlington Hostels. My experience was a complete nightmare. First of all, the hygiene was terrible. Everything was covered in dust, and the floors were filthy. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. More importantly, the security is non-existent. The main gate to the property was never locked, meaning anyone could walk in off the street. To make matters worse, the PIN code for my room was changed multiple times without notice, leaving me unable to enter my own room. The worst part is that my Beats headphones were stolen from inside the room. I suspect the housekeeping staff went through my bags, but regardless of who did it, the environment is unsafe and the guests/staff are untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Your safety and belongings are at risk here.

   I loves their communication & openness to me switching my beds for comfortability because im used to just girls in the room with me I didnt like the person closeness sleeping across the first bed I was in that was a male figure. Then when I switched beds around 3/19/25 - 3/20/26 One of my bags 🎒 were completely missing. A whole entire book bag. With personal items, documents & photos in it too.

   Nothing is good about this property. There is no lock on the door to the women’s dorm room. Any guest from any other room could enter the women’s dorm room freely. I felt terribly unsafe there. When I reported it to the management they did not have any solution to offer. The kitchen was a wreck. Dirty, the cabinets had shelves that were broken. There was trash on the floor in the hallway to the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Management was remote, not on site, and did not take responsibility for the problems. They never replaced the toilet paper. I left after one night because I didn’t want to sleep in the unsafe room again. When I asked for a refund management said it was non refundable. This is a very dirty, very unsafe hostel with no accountability on the part of management. One of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.    the location is sketchy and I don't think any of the doors locked because I came in around 11 pm and the doors were wide open. anyone from the street can just walk in. When you enter, the entire first floor smells like urine and the room smells like feet. the floors are sticky. there's no one to "check you in." When I went to my bed, there was a bunch of guy's clothes thrown, and a few minutes later, he came upstairs to grab his clothes without saying anything. As a girl, I will never come here.

   The dirtiest and most disgusting place you can imagine! I made a reservation for a female shared room and when I arrived at the hostel they lied saying there was a problem with my reservation and put me in another MALE room. When I asked Karina, who is the hostel employee, she mocked and said ironically that she had been confused, but that she could go to the women's room. When we arrived at the women's room, people were sleeping on the floor! I paid 150 dollars to be in that terrifying situation! At first the hostel didn't want to refund my money, but after the complaint made on booking I will be refunded. I left the hostel at midnight in a city like LA and it was very dangerous. the hostel is dangerous and the staff are irresponsible. It's definitely the worst place I've ever been to and I hope you don't believe the photos, because in person it's another reality! the bathrooms are dirty, the beds stink and the kitchen is filthy!
