Literally was so excited to stay here!!!!! And then tragically as soon as we LAY DOWN ON THE BED we see bed bugs! They were quick to give us a refund but like what the heck… we have to find somewhere else to stay last minute. I’m just so disappointed :( Nacho was very helpful and nice tho I will say!

Vibe Analysis

CityHub Copenhagen is a capsule-style base in Vesterbro with a slick self-service setup, wristband access, shared lounge space, and a location that works well for walking, buses, metro links, restaurants, bars, and central Copenhagen. The mood is modern and a little dystopian: rows of hubs, app lights, Bluetooth speakers when they work, lockers, clean-looking common zones, and enough cyber-sleep-box energy to make the concept part of the trip. The sauna is the standout perk. It gives the place a real decompression button after Copenhagen wandering, especially when the lounge and bathroom areas are running clean and calm. The hubs are mostly for sleeping, not hanging out. Expect very small rooms with limited standing room, limited storage, no windows in many layouts, shared bathrooms down the hall, and a compact kitchen setup that may be closer to microwave-and-panini logic than a proper cooking zone. Staff can be friendly and helpful, and check-in is usually smooth, but the whole system can feel impersonal and efficiency-coded. This is best for solo visitors or couples who are into capsule hotels, want a central-ish base, and care more about novelty, sauna time, and clean shared facilities than a roomy private room. It is a weaker match for families, anyone arriving by bike with secure-storage needs, anyone claustrophobic, or anyone who needs reliable sleep conditions.
