Bereits in der ersten Nacht in der gebuchten Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern wurden wir durch zahlreiche Stiche am Körper aufmerksam, später stellte sich in der zweiten Nacht heraus, dass sich Bettwanzen im Bett befanden. Das Hotel nahm unsere Meldung zwar freundlich zur Kenntnis, bot jedoch weder eine Entschädigung noch eine Alternative an. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte in dem Hotel. Das Bett selbst war zudem sehr weich, und jede Bewegung des anderen ließ das ganze Bett wackeln, was den Schlaf zusätzlich beeinträchtigte. Darüber hinaus war die Holz-Villa am Strand insgesamt in einem deutlich veralteten Zustand. Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr abgewohnt, einige Möbel wie die Couch und Sitzhocker waren stark verschmutzt , und es herrschte in den Schlafzimmern ein modriger, stickiger Geruch. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten nur sehr unzureichend. Für den verlangten Preis wäre eine umfassende Renovierung dringend notwendig.

- This is a remote, quiet base; the airport drive can take around 3 to 3.5 hours, and spontaneous sightseeing without transport is limited.
- The nearby shopping village is useful for basics, but there is not much nightlife or street-level action around the resort.
- Outdoor bathrooms, mosquito nets, humid weather, and occasional bugs are part of the setup; some rooms can also feel too warm, too cold, or awkward during rain.
- The beach can be better for walking, surfing, bodyboarding, or rock pools than easy swimming, and plastic can wash up after rain near the fishing-boat side.
- Food is often a strength, but value and consistency are mixed: a few meals, breakfast portions, restaurant prices, and menu clarity have been weaker.
