bed bugs bit me !!

Un lugar viejo, muy sucio, con chinches, ratas y cucarachas, cobijas sucias, el primer piso es un bar y se escucha todo! Hay por lo menos unas 15 personas hospedadas y solo 2 baños, los cuales les hacen aseo de vez en cuando. Cuando cocinan todo el lugar y la habitación queda oliendo. Horrible y caro, nada más que decir.

Didn’t get my deposit back

This place is not a hostel. People are living there for years and you won't feel welcome. The place is disgusting. We saw mice and cockroach in the kitchen and bed bugs in the dorms. It's dirty and uncomfortable.

This is not a hostel, it is a homeless shelter with fleas, bedbugs and every other kind of bug. The mattresses are stained, there are no curtains for privacy, the towels are ripped with holes. The guests were drying out their torn up shoes in the windowsill. I always advocate for hostels to my friends but this is what I view they probably see hostels as. I wouldn’t let my dogs even stay in this condition. I left 15 minutes after check in & told them keep the money I don’t even care just let me out. The only

People complained about bed bugs! Management sort of didn’t think it was a big deal and told the woman who complained about the bugs bitting her to the point it woke her up that it was just her bed and they would deal with it in the morning. They should have given her a new bed. The owner seems to care only about getting people’s money versus a clean living situation.
