Location, pools, food Bed bugs. We stayed in the hostel portion and got absolutely eaten alive. They only moved us from the infected bed , left everyone else in the infected room, and didn’t offer a refund or any compensation. We actually got moved to a cheaper room and charged the same amount. If it wasn’t for this it would have been a very nice experience but of course having bed bugs really kills any major positives

Hotel looks great. Has a pool and looks at the lake. However we booked a dorm room and found bed bugs on our pillow and bed. We informed staff right away and they did rip the room apart to get rid of the bugs but we did not feel comfortable staying. The staff didn't give us any problems.
