Loop INN Hostel Cartagena

Mi pareja y yo dormimos una noche y terminamos llenos de picaduras de chinches. Es algo que se tiene que controlar, ya que pasa muchísima gente por las habitaciones y si no toman medidas les pasará lo mismo.

LoopInn Hotel is false advertisement, I booked 1 night for me and my boyfriend to enjoy a nice trip away with my very small dog (chihuahua) We travelled 3 hours by car and when we arrived we was greeted by a man with a very bad attitude. During the booking process i noted I had a small dog, I received 2 responses indicating that paying more was not necessary as it is a dog friendly hotel, after 3 hours we arrived and I was told I had to pay 30€ for my dog to enter the hotel after saying it wasnt necessary. This money was for them to "clean the room" because of my dog bearing in mind she had her own bed and belongings (she didn't touch anything) After this issue we decided to pay as we had no where else to go so they showed us our room, the room I had booked online was a very pretty white room with mountain views, however the room they gave us was a green room with a very small uncomfortable bed and no mountain views, when we wanted a refund to go somewhere else they refused, at this point it was 1am in the morning so we had no choice but to stay. The first thing we noticed was bed bugs (I have images), a very small unsafe terrace, the strong smell of mold and a roof terrace with no chairs or tables- empty. Before we left the next morning we spoke to them about the issues we had experienced and they responded with "well dont come back then" this hotel is looking for money and they don't want happy customers. It was all a waste of time, energy and money.
