    Suspected bedbugs My neighbour had to leave her bed because she saw bedbugs and had pimples on her body. The receptionist did not offer her a refund and simply moved her to another room. The receptionist claimed that the "pimples could have come from something else" and did not find any bed bugs on the sheets. We'll never know who was right, but it doesn't inspire confidence. I left before the end of my stay, not wishing to stay in the establishment.

    The hostel had bedbugs and I had an allergic reaction. We complained the next morning and the hostel said they would reimburse us, which they did not.
