Me and my friend found bed bugs in our bed. The bed opposite me also found bed bugs. If you look at other reviews there other issues of bed bugs. Spoke to manager on the phone was rude and aggressive. Would definitely not recommend this place.

⚠️ Warning! We woke up to find bed bugs in our beds. We told the staff, but they didn’t seem surprised at all, and it was obvious that they already knew about it. We saw that they only put the infested mattresses outside for a few hours before bringing them back in. We also found bed bugs in the bean bags on the rooftop terrace. Horrible experience – avoid this place!

If I could give minus points I would! Absolutely discussing. Had actual cum stains on our pillows, stained mattress where it looks like someone had wet themselves. The room has a window which even when closed blocks out absolutely no noise. It’s not “a little noisy” it’s so loud I could feel my blood pumping to the music the same as it would if I were in the club downstiars. When we asked to move room due to the dirt they told us housekeeping was not available and we would just have to sleep in it. We finally convinced the receptionist to come up and have a look and he even admitted he wouldn’t sleep in there, but continued to remain difficult and not wanting us to change rooms. Pretty sure our next room had bed bugs too. We have checked out and thankfully never be returning. Please, even if you are a backpacker like us, do not book this hostel!! They even caned our booking so that we couldn’t leave a review. I had to contact booking.com directly and explain that we’d met multiple other people who this had happened to and provide proof for us to be able to leave a review… that’s why there aren’t more bad reviews than there already are!

När vi kom var hade lakanen fläckar och kuddarna var täckta i mögel, vi la inte märke till detta förän på kvällen då vi bara la in väskorna och begrav oss ut när vi kom! Men då när vi upptäckte detta ville vi få kontakt med boendet vilket var svårt, tillslut svara nån som sa att han kan vara där om en timme! Vi satt uppe och väntade och sedan kom han och vi förklarade problemet och att vi inte var bekväma med att stanna kvar! Men han förklara då att vi inte kan få tag på ett annat boende nu på natten så då kom vi överens om att sova där under natten och byta säng och på morgonen checka ut och få pengarna tillbaka! På morgonen gick de inte som planerat, vi fick inte den överenskommelsen som hade sagt utan de enda de kunde göra var att byta våra lakan eftersom den nya sägen vi hade fått var de samma problem med! Så fick ingen hjälp eller avdrag för detta! Så vi bodde där i 4 dagar och var väldigt ofräscht överallt och det var inte alls behagligt att vara där! Sen när vi har checkat ut och satt oss i en transfer kryper en bed bugg över min tröja som förmodligen kommer där ifrån boendet!

Punaise de lit ⚠️ Ce qui n’est pas acceptable, c’est le manque d’honnêteté du personnel. À 3h du matin, j’ai découvert que mon lit était infesté, avec des piqures sur moi et au lieu de reconnaître le problème (qui n’est pas nouveau), on m’a répondu avec des excuses absurdes, "de quoi tu parles", “tu as mangé dans le lit” et le matin on me demande pourquoi il y a des taches sur mon lit qui étaient déjà la quand je suis arrivé car les draps sont pas propres. Une simple attitude honnête et responsable aurait suffi à éviter ce commentaire.

!!!BED BUGS!!!! !!RUDE STAFF!!! Stayed in a room for two nights and got told we needed to be moved so the room could be cleaned but wasn’t told as to why. Moved to the second room and my partner had a bed bug crawling over him. Explained to the staff the situation and was met with a VERY rude and blunt interaction with the staff, accusing us of having bed bugs but we had just cleaned all our clothes that morning and have only been travelling for a week. when we returned with the clean clothes and relaxed in our rooms for a moment that’s when we discovered them, We even kept the bed bug and showed the lady but she still refused to believe it was bed bugs!! Madness!! Then another member of staff came and actually confirmed and agreed it was bed bugs and checked the rest of the room for more. Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs!!!! We moved to nomads and had a much better experience, highly recommend this place!!

Nice hostel, clean and has big lockers. Expensive, and the AC is not very good, but they let me check in in the middle of the night after a left my previous hostel because it had bed bugs.

25/30 minutes walk form the pier. I couldn’t properly open the curtain on my bed which was annoying. The bathroom is okay. Unfortunately I found bites of bed bugs on my body after I checked out. The air con is very cold. Cozy community area, but not very social.

This hostel has its pros and cons depending on what type of stay you like. Pros: a/c, soft mattress, towel included, hot showers, privacy blind, a locker with key card, no bags allowed in the room (good for hygiene, avoiding bed bugs, and aesthetic). Walking distance to the beach. Cons: the stairs are a workout (ground level 1 restaurant, level 2 reception and small lounge area, level 3 private rooms, level 4 dorm rooms and toilets, level 5 showers, drying lines, and balcony). No overhead light in the hostel rooms, the ladders are a bit awkward to climb. The bathrooms are cute but not very well kept up - the soap dispensers are falling off the walls. Pro or con: the hostel is right on one of the main bar streets/seedier streets. You hear music at night until late but with earplugs I had no problems. Location is probably a pro if you want to pub crawl and be out late, but I wouldn’t recommend it for divers who have to be up early. The private rooms are on the side of the building facing the loud street, the dorms are not streetside.
