There were bed bugs in my bed

Beware: Bed bugs in the hotel! A horrific experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our trip turned into a complete nightmare due to a total lack of basic hygiene. We found live bed bugs right on the bedding (as seen in ⁠image), along with characteristic dark smears and blood stains on the sheets. It left us with the strong impression that the bed sheets hadn't even been changed or washed after the previous guests. The consequences of this single night manifested over the next few days: our arms and legs are now completely covered in linear, unbearably itchy red bites (attaching photos of the skin reaction. We are now forced to treat a severe allergic reaction and chemically treat all of our luggage to avoid bringing these pests into our own home.
