Got bed bug bites and noticed same night after checking out. Said there was paid laundry inside the building but there was none.

Was very confused and gaslit by the positive reviews. The only massive perk I found of this place is being right in the center of Old Québec, but besides that I do not think there is a large appeal for wanting to stay here. Rooms were super small with really small beds with no privacy dividers. As someone who is 6ft my legs went over the bed. It was hard but I had gotten bitten by bed bugs or some type of instext infestation that was occurring in the dorms. Good for low expectations, not value.
