Cranbrook Hotel

That place should be closed down for health & safety issues, The level of infectation was orrendous with bedbugs in the room. The manager staff was very patronising and unhelpful. A terrible experience

their hotel is very dirty There is a bedbugs inside this hotel bedbugs ate my friend And And he is injured and is in the hospital. If they don't refund me, I will take them to court, I have all the proof. And I will get their hotel close

The Hotel needs a total refurb. Room was shocking bed bases had burnt holes on carpet had stains all over. The only clean thing was the bedding. Didnt sleep in the bed just on top of the sheets as due to seeing the state of the beds didnt feal as though i wanted to sleep under the sheets in them got home and had bite marks on my leg from something which wasnt there the day before so not sure if bed bugs or not Asked for some more pillows as only one.provided gentelman said he would get some which never turned up. Had to ask for a fan 3 x as it was so hot the gentelmam finally got one after 1hour

Flat pillows. Less pillows. Bed bugs that caused us sleepless nights and rash all over.

Room is filty stains everywhere. Sofa full off stain and the walls too. Bed has bed bugs

I’ve never had to write a horrible review, until today. Horrible rooms and no hygiene whatsoever. Bedbugs , we were itchy all night , and on top of that there were mice under our beds!! Beds were dirty and not comfortable at all, and partially broken didn’t feel safe to stay there . WOULDN’T NOT RECOMMEND !

Every thing well the hotel took my money my id and a deposit then sent me to the park hotel where thay have bed bugs it's smells like stale smoke and dirty smelled feet draws broken no where to make a hot drink bathroom was so bad and the room was so bad I slept in my car and it was so bad I called bookings .com for a refund I would not stay there at all the Cranbrook hotel is just as bad from what I see at resection staff are rude not willing to help or nothing sitting there eating with there hands wen u walk in thease hotels are more like some where for homeless people go the room u can touch all 4 wals it's so bad

Absolutely poor hotel, unbelievable. They provide you no breakfast, there’s bed bugs. The rooms smell. If only I could give no stars I would AVOID please.

Poor Service This hotel is really poor with bed bugs and even the mf security guards accept it and still can’t help. They had said that several rooms had this issue and cannot swap rooms. From pillow covers to the carpet , bed bugs are everywhere. The staff were really rude . This place is very dusty and filthy and needs to be cleaned and they can’t afford a robotic vacuum that they use a normal vacuum and don’t even clean the carpet properly which makes it more unhygienic. Please bring the exterminators and pest control.

Mon séjour à été une catastrophe dans cet hotel, j'ai sejourné dans la chambre 11 et je suis couverte de piqures de punaises de lit qui me démangent! J'en ai parlé au manager il m'a dit qu'il me changerait de chambre mais ne la pas fait au final, ils m'ont seulement changé les draps mais c'est le lit qu'il faut changer! N'allez surtout pas dans la chambre 11, le lit est infecté de punaises! Il y avait aussi des fourmis sur le sol de la salle de bain.

350£ (1 night/ 2 adults) for the most disgusting place ever Don’t even think of coming here!! Place smelled like wine, cigarettes The room was not clean We had bedbugs The staff was rude We were basically running away from that place We couldn’t even lock the room The bathroom was dirty We couldn’t sleep not even an hour The neighborhood is loud Please stay away from this hotel and their “sister hotels” too It’s not even cheap It’s not safe We couldn’t exist in the room without the windows open

The room was very dusty and full of bed bugs, staying here for 1 night , I got an allergic reaction and then got a bad eye infection, I called them the following day but they didn't seem to be bothered.

Staff were rude and the room was filthy! Our bed had bedbugs and when we told reception about this the offered us a new room that had been used! Dirty bed sheets, toilet paper down the toilet used towels, the room hadnt been cleaned at all yet staff was happy with us sleeping in it when we told reception about the room not being cleaned the offered us new bed sheet yet the room still filthy and uncleaned. Staff made us feel like an issue because this whole situation and we no longer felt welcomed.

Hi everyone … Attentio, be careful about this hotel !!!! I would not recommend avoiding this place as far as possible, a week ago I booked a single room there, I will start with the fact that the staff was not pleasant and spoke unpleasant. The room was a disaster and I also moved the bugs (bedbugs) from there in the morning I got bitten, I was sure it was allergic to some washing liquid from the bedding, but it turned out later that they were bedbugs. I do not recommend this.

Me and my parter had this place for two weeks because we had to do self assolation. We found bed bugs in the place. We didn't think much of it. We told the hotel and they moved us the next day. My parter was getting bites but didn't think much of it. We thought it was mosquito or spider bites. We didn't know how bad bed bugs actually are. We don't complain much. But it's now been 6 months since we have been trying to get rid of them in our flat because they must of went in our cloths. We have spent over £100 on products to get rid of them. And it just doesn't work. We are actually moving to a diffrent flat and throwing all our cloths away because of it. I really really don't recommend this place. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND JUST PAY A BIT MORE FOR A BETTER HOTEL!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! The worst hotel I’ve ever been to! Rude staff and very dirty rooms with bed bugs!🤢 I’ve paid £120 for 2 nights and didn’t stay there. Also I’ve paid £50 deposit, and never got my deposit back! Complained via email two or three times and never got a reply!

The breakfast is delicious, our room was sadly pretty hot, but the staff is very friendly.. BEDBUGS
