Easy Star Hotel

Le lenzuola e forse anche il materasso, hanno provocato in me e il mio ragazzo, un tremendo prurito, con bolle visibili sul collo, gambe e caviglie. Facendo poi un'accurata ricerca sono giunta alla conclusione che potrebbero essere state cimici da letto, di cui neanche sapevo l'esistenza. Inoltre nella doccia c'era un topper marrone inguardabile e rovinato, più il portasapone rotto, mezzo staccato dal muro. Nella stanza c'erano 2 letti singoli, impossible da avvicinare e non 1 letto matrimoniale cone nella foto e come richiesto prenotando la stanza. Alla fine lo staff ci ha cambiato la stanza.

This hotel was very unclean and the workers were unfriendly and refused to help. The room that was given smelt like sewage despite being cleaned by housekeepers, there were bugs in the room including bed bugs. I got bitten on both sides of my arm, my stomach, back, and the back of the leg. When I was asked to change rooms, I was told no. The clothes that I had brought all had to be thrown out so that I wouldn’t risk bringing bed bugs back home with me. I had to leave two and half days early because the hotel was truly disgusting and did not even seem to help; when I asked for a refund, they refused. This is a health hazard and I’ve had property damage.

This hotel is very dirty; in fact, my mattress had bed bugs. Blood stains and holes in the sheets obviously indicated bed bugs. I refused to sleep on the mattress for my stay's duration. The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was a musty smell. That smell indicates bed bugs.
