a&o Hamburg Hauptbahnhof

Alles, schlimmstes Hostel wo ich je war. Sauberkeit gleich null, Heizung alles verdreckt man fühlt sich wie am Bahnhof nichts zum einschließen was echt ne Frechheit ist. Und viel zu teuer zum übernachten ! Extra Schließfächer müsste man zahlen die nicht mal im zimmer sind! Bilder entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen!Außerdem kann man kaum schlafen, weil man eher Angst hat das jemand was klaut und man sich nicht sicher fühlt. Normalerweise nimmt man immer gute und schöne Erinnerungen mit und ich die BETTWANZEN!!!!

Schlechter Service. Überfordertes Personal beim einchecken. Sehr lange Wartezeit trotz online Check in. Dreckige Zimmer und Bettwanzen.

Bedwantsen, inchecken duurde dik een uur, goor

Das Hostel ist massiv von BETTWANZEN befallen. Ich habe in einer Nacht über 30 Tiere ins Klo gespühlt. Unser ganzes Gepäck war befallen, unsere Jacken. Ekelhaft!!!!!!! Mindestens Etage 2, 3, 4 und 6 sind befallenen. Das Hotel versucht es zu vertuschen. Kosten würden rückerstattet, was nicht stimmt. Der Manager gibt einem eine Telefonnummer mit fehlender Ziffer (sagt dann natürlich es wäre ein Versehen gewesen). Katastrophe!!!!

- Check-in (haben 1.30h im Regen gewartet, muss besser und schneller gehandhabt werden) - Obwohl es einen rezeptioniesten gegeben hat, musste man mit einem qr-code einchecken. Entweder nur online oder nur Rezeption wäre gut. Bei uns musste beides gemacht werden - aufzug ist funktionstüchtig aber gewöhnungsbedürftig; d.h. altes Modell, tür steckt manchmal fest, aber funktioniert sonst gut - Gerüchte über bettwanzen wurden während unseres Aufenthalts verbreitet, wir selbst haben zwar keine gefunden, aber unser Gepäck und Betten gut kontrolliert und hatten dabei ein mulmiges Gefühl...(mehrere Personen haben VOR UNS ausgeheckt und sich beschwert, weil sie bettwanzen in ihrem Bett vorgefunden haben!) Wir hoffen, dass Sie das Problem ernst nehmen, sich informieren und nötige Maßnahmen treffen!

My boyfriend getting bed bug bites and having severe allergic reactions

Las habitaciones oscuras, con un color fuerte en los baños que se nota que no los limpian a fondo. La cocina estaba sucia, pequeña y sin ningún utensilio para cocinar. Tengan cuidado con los bedbugs ya que todos mis compañeros y yo salimos con picaduras en todo el cuerpo. Para nada recomendado por la falta de higiene.

I'm pretty sure there was bed bugs in my bed because now I'm filled with bed bug bites...

Me and my friend stayed in a six bed doorm for girls only for two nights. We were overall happy about the place, it was not extraordinary but not bad. The location was good, it was close to the station but also to the city center. No problems with bedbugs and the staff was super helpful. Wouldn’t mind returning.

Bettwanzen leider

Most interaction with staff they were inexplicably rude. The elevators stink for some reason I didn't dare explore. Also come to find out and their cleaning routines are questionable at best seeing as how after about a week from our stay we started developing weird bite marks spread out through out our skin. Probably bed bug or flea bites, nonetheless not the kind of welcome either of us bargained, or in this case paid for.

My bed had bedbugs. I woke up and my body was full of hives.

Bettwanzen Angst

The microwave in the guest kitchen wasn’t working. And I think my bed has got bedbugs. I got bit twice

The moment we arrived at this hostel i was sure something bad was going to happen. Our booking was for 2 nights for 3 people but we read bad reviews few days before that were talking about bedbugs so we tried to minimize our stay and took the night train to avoid staying at this awful hostel. So practically we stayed there for 1 night but we paid for 2. We arrived there at the morning and we went upstairs to leave our luggages and then we left the hostel to go to the Hamburg city . We left approximately at 12 pm and we arrived back at 11 pm . When we entered the room I saw that my backpack was opened and all of my money was stolen as well as my tablet . I went downstairs to the reception and they didn’t do anything. In fact they behaved like they knew what was going on. I called the police they came by but couldn’t do much as expected except from a report. The next morning someone entered our room to check how many people were in the room but that was pretty suspicious because he had no right to enter the room. I am really disappointed about this hostel because it’s unacceptable to allow other people enter our rooms and have no security (cameras in the hallways at least) . I will take further legal action about this incident and I recommend you to be very careful of your personal belongings when arriving there, although I suggest you don’t even book it in the first place!!!

The beds in Room 536 were infested with bedbugs. I woke up with tons of bites. The USB ports on the beds were broken and disconnected. There were exactly two (2) power outlets for the entire room, and none of them were easily accessible from any of the beds. One of the outlets was above a bathroom door, and could only be reached by tall people. There were at least two elevators that were broken or not working properly while I was there.

unclean, there were definetely bed bugs the first night i stayed there. alot of homeless people staying there illegally too along with other cursed things like them double booking beds, leads to a shiit hostel tbh but atleast it's cheap

Please avoid this hostel unless you're sufficiently prepared to deal with bed bugs

It was alright for a one night stay. I think there were bedbugs in my bunk bed though…

Achtung Bettwanzen!

The fridge was absolutely disgusting and there was no free linens but I had brought my own I also got bed bugs at this hostel. The room was clean but to get any air in you had to have the window open and then you could here all the trains and traffic outside.
