The Best Hotel

Waarschuwing: bedwantsen/vlooien in bed, dit hotel is zeer onhygienisch! Reviews zijn misleidend. De badkamer rook tevens naar urine en meubilair is oud en afgesleten. Het is meer een hostel dan een hotel. Dit "hotel" geboekt vanwege drukte tijdens de Olympische Spelen. De benaming van dit hotel slaat de plank volledig mis evenals de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Alles is hoorbaar in andere kamers en op de gang, ook mensen die 's nachts aankomen, huilende baby. Geen oog dicht gedaan. Ouderwetse sleutel die je steeds af dient te geven. Tevens oogt het ontbijt armzalig. Ik ben naar een ander hotel gevlucht. Geef liever wat meer geld uit voor een aangenaam verblijf! Neem eventueel commentaar niet serieus.

Había chinches en la cama, hemos estado esperando durante 1 hora a que nos atendieran, no había nadie en la recepción, al final hemos marchado después de presentar la queja, y no nos devuelven el dinero.

Bedbugs!!! We could deal with the dirty room, rude staff, noise, lack of bathroom doors, and being given the wrong type of room (twice!!). Bedbugs however is just too much. Beware

They gave us bedbugs. We could deal with the dirty room, noise, lack of air conditioning (despite advertised), rude staff, and being given the wrong type of room (twice, even after we spoke to reception). Bedbugs really took the cake. Booking.com staff was woefully unhelpful
