Doha Central Bliss Danang Hotel and Hostel by Haviland

I checked in and got handed a peeling plastic card for a room on the 11th floor. The elevator took forever. Upon opening the door to my room I was greeted with a musty, dirty room that smelled bad. There was black mold on the walls and furniture that seemed to be falling apart. (I was so shocked I thought I made a mistake and booked a hotel with a rating of 6, instead of 9). I inspected the bed and found a mattress falling apart at the seams and well as BEDBUGS! The blanket was dirty and stained. The lamp was broken and the shade had holes. The airco was not working properly. I ended up leaving and booking an other place. AVOID! I suspect that the reviews are fake.

BEDBUG ALERT ‼️🚨☠️ 29 APRIL 2025 I slept here one night to wake up full of bedbug bites . The hotel staff agreee to refund me but have to go via Agoda lengthy process . The staff did not seem suprised at all and agreed to refunds right away And what the hell with the fake good reviews about this hotel being cleaned? The lobby looks fancy but look at the rooms. Nothing like the pictures advertised. Filthy like I’ve rarely seen before . I am traumatized
