Poshtel Bilbao - Premium Hostel

I went during the Europa league final, so certain things were probably different to the average experience. My main problem was the 12 bed dorm and my bed: 1. There were bed bugs (I live in an area with loads of mosquitoes and these bites lasted days and definitely not mosquitoes). 2. If you are going to massively overcharge (like everyone those few days) then at least get one extra person on to put on the bedsheets on. Check-in after 3pm is late. Perfectly located.

For the whole of our stay there were school trips going on at the same time. Had to pay for a lock for a locker to keep belongings safe. I was bitten by bed bugs whilst staying here. No laundry service. Guests have to make their own beds on arrival. If this hostel wasn’t marketed as premium I could overlook the majority of these issues but I was very disappointed as I was expecting a premium service.
