The way the sockets are arranged in the bedrooms is not strategic for everyone at all. Not a deal breaker, but not having those within reach (near your bed) makes it a bit more uncomfortable for somebody who uses electronics on a regular basis. Someone was complaining about bedbugs but never experienced that issue myself; although, replacing the mattresses would be a great investment. And the bathrooms are very small.

Disgusting dangerous filth disease infested poor hostel for covid patients and homeless abusive people. Was harrassed abused and got COVID in this filthy hostel due to lack of hygiene protocol and complained about the women violently coughing on me. The bathrooms were filled with shit and pee and not cleaned bathrooms with hair on walls the most sick and disturbing place. I complained asked for a refund but they scam you as it’s non refundable!!!! I’m reporting this to the council and it was infested with bedbugs and COVID virus. Shut this vile place down. The receptionist and cleanser are rude discriminating and smelly they don’t shower!!! I will attach photos for evidence and got Covid in this place health hazard and had my earphones stolen from me!!!! I request a full refund waiting from booking to pay me from this nightmare!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌😔❌

Het bed zakte door halverwege de nacht. Bleken de helft van de latten te missen en ze verschoven allemaal waardoor je een enorme put in je bed had. Enorm warm op de kamer terwijl het maar 23 graden was. En het ergst nog is dat er bedwantsen zitten. Ik zit compleet onder de beten. En dat allemaal voor €130 per nacht…🤯 en dan ook nog bij betalen voor handdoeken etc.

Bad News: Beg Bug is happening in my bed. I need to keep it bathing for cleaning myself. Please keep it cleaning bedroom and kitchen I know it's low price but dirty bed bug.......

Although it has a good location and is cheap at least in the room I stayed in had bedbugs becaus when I woke up after only staying two nights I woke up with bites all over my body

One of the worst lodging experiences, the hotel was very dirty, the beds with bedbugs and hair, the bathrooms dirty all the time, they were never cleaned, the showers with hair, the floors stained and they were not mopped in 3 days either. We asked at the reception to change our bed to put clean sheets and they said that we could not demand that it was a hostel not a hotel. Booking tried to talk to the hostel so they could return our payment and change our place and the hotel NEVER answered them and they didn't give us a solution for cleaning either. I think they should not say that since it is cheap you must accept that it is so dirty
