STAY AWAY! The hostel had a huge bedbug infestation when I arrived in my room. Right next to my bed, there were bedbugs on the walls moving and leaving signs that they bit the other people already. I informed the hostel staff and they did nothing but offered to change my bed, as if it would work with all the wooden bed skeletons. The other bed also had infestation signs. I left the hostel and requested a refund but they did not refund me my payment. I present my photo evidence for review of all future customers.

Zonage dans l’auberge et devant l’auberge / aucune intimité au niveau des lits / punaise de lit / nettoyage approximatif / vol dans le frigo / des Check in à 1h du matin quand nous dormons pour des sdf bourrés, qui cris dans la nuit et sente très mauvais ?? Je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité

Todo perfecto. Hace dos años organizamos el viaje de nuestro instituto aquí y la experiencia fue muy buena. Este año hemos repetido, pese a algunas reseñas negativas y no tenemos ninguna queja, más bien al contrario. El trato y el servicio es fenomenal. Te ayudan con cualquier problema y las habitaciones y espacios comunes estaban bien. Es cierto que han tenido una plaga de chinches pero han hecho todo lo necesario para erradicarla. Nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema al respecto. Esperamos volver dentro de dos años!

Le manque d'hygiène et la présence omniprésente de punaises de lit sont déplorables. J'ai été piquée et contrainte de passer des nuits à la réception par crainte d'être à nouveau piquée. La situation est catastrophique.

Durante mi estancia en el hostel tuve muchas picaduras en el cuerpo y lo avisé. No me compensaron de ninguna forma. Todavía no sé si son pulgas o chinches. No sé si recomendaría este sitio.

I got back a few days ago from my trip, and I got bedbugs from this hostel. Besides that, it was decent for a hostel. I agree with other reviews saying they didn't feel very safe in the general area of the hostel, but the security measures in the actual hostel made me feel quite safe. The showers didn't work great, but otherwise it's what I would expect from a hostel. For the price I paid- overall not bad, but the bedbugs really suck. Both my friend and I have bites.

Las chinches que te llevas gratuitamente. La ubicación es malísima, hasta el recepcionista nos recomendó no pasar por una calle próxima al hostal. Habitación de 14 camas con un baño que no traga

LAMENTABLE! Podría poner esta reseña pésima por cosas como la ubicación (el mismo recepcionista te comenta al llegar que no pases por ciertas calles), también por la habitación de cárcel (habiendo idos a muchos hostels) con paredes y sabanas manchadas de sangre o a saber que y una cisterna a medio funcionar para 14 personas… pero la pongo por las más de 50 picaduras de chinches que me he traído de dos noches allí. De los 9 amigos q fuimos estamos así 4, esto sumado a reseñas anteriores que tratan del mismo tema, hace ver la escasa limpieza de este lugar… No soy de poner malas reseñas, pero con esta me lo habéis puesto facilísimo!

CAUTION BEDBUGS! The propety never responded once I notified them. The staff were rude. No cooking facilities. Need to click shower button every five seconds. Sketchy location in city.

Tienen una plaga de chinches que he traído a mi casa. Además cada noche que dormía me salían 5 picaduras nuevas. Es para denunciarles y les cierren el chiringuito. No soy el único que se queja, si buscais tanto aquí como en google os salen decenas de denuncias sobre las chinches. Si lo que buscas es no poder dormir y llevarte chinches a tu casa, este es tu hostel. Nefasto

Im Bett hatte es Bettwanzen, einfach nur schlecht. Die Gegend ist nicht sicher.

Que en mi cama había chinches y lo pasé fatal

La localización era mala , mucha gente mala por las calles , y me picaran en la cama , no sé si fueran pulgas o chinches muy mal . Muchas camas en la habitación.

La limpieza, porque a los dos días me alieron unos granitos y es porque hay chinches en la cama o en las cobijas, así que tendrían que hacer una limpieza profunda, desinfectar todo.

Half of the room got bedbugs, Tiny lockers, and the toilet stopped flushing half way trough my first day, and it was not fixed when i left about 35-36 hours later.
