Castle Inn by Oki Doki

Hey guys I think this place has bed bugs I would like a refund if possible. I have health consequences now from the stay at this property.

The room was dirty (dead bug on pillow) when I arrived but I told the staff. They offered me another room and promptly cleaned it. I didn’t switch rooms but they cleaned my room. I feel like the room had just been empty before I came and was a little dusty. There are no bed bugs or anything like that.
