Rock Hostel Medellin

Tive uma reação alérgica devido aos percevejos que tem em um dos quartos. Conversei com outras pessoas e eles também relataram a mesma situação. Além disso, eu senti falta de ter mais tomadas próximas da cama.

Malheureusement je me suis fait piquer par des punaises de lit à plusieurs reprises. Sur 3 chambres je me suis fait piquer à 2 raisons… dommage.

Bed bugs (read about it in ratings here, hoped it was an isolated case) - booked three nights, left after one... No compensation. really worn off room (dirty walls, door hard to open).

Lo único malo fue que la primera noche la cama que me dieron tenía chinches, lo comuniqué en recepción y me cambiaron de inmediato. Desde ahí acabé alargando mi estancia.

Bed bugs everywhere, not just in beds but also in couches. Found out while sitting on a couch in the evening and 3 bedbugs were crawling on me. Had to sleep on a chair… Also insane amount of cockroaches in the kitchen you can see at night crawling everywhere

Depois de 22 países visitados esse foi a pior experiência que tive em um hostal, os colchões eram duros e estava cheio de percevejos. Troquei de cama duas vezes, e ainda assim havia insetos. Realmente horrível.

My room was infested with bedbugs and my legs and back are full of bites

Malauradament, tot i la bonica experiència, puntuo malament el hostel perquè considero que NO hauria d’estar en aquestes males condicions. Falta d’higiene: fins i tot els llençols nets estaven tacats, coberteria bruta, cucarachas per tota la cuina, chinches als llits… nevera degotejant amb tovalloles brutes per eixugar l’aigua… Llits incòmodes: abombats, es noten tots els muelles. El suport d’una fusta de la llitera es va trencar. Una llàstima.

Tuve bed bugs por las camas y supe que los dueños ya no se importan con eso y no hacen mucho cuando pasa (y pasa mucho). Además de eso, hay un coworking que la internet no funciona (?) - yo trabajo remoto y me fui por eso - y la internet es súper mala. También hay unas cosas raras, como cucarachas en la cocina, nunca hay papel, y la ducha a veces no funciona caliente, o no sale agua, hay que tener suerte y paciencia

BEDBUGS ALERT !!!! Punaises de lit partout !!!

We found bedbugs on the first night and staff didn’t offer a new room or a proper apology. Cleaning happened during the day for the rest of our stay, making it hard to relax.The hostel was very dirty, poorly maintained, with stained sheets even with holes. Cockroaches in the kitchen, and only 3 toilets. When we brought our bad experience up with the owner, he was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. He blamed tourists and showed no willingness to take responsibility or give a sincere apology.

Bed Bug infestation. Myself as well as multiple other guests all in separate rooms had horrible encounters with bed bugs. Instead of getting professional cleaners they try to do it themselves resulting in the infestation not going away.

A pesar del ambiente vibrante y de la amabilidad del staff y la chica del desayuno , además de la excelente ubicación ; el hostal estaba muy sucio quizá porque es atendido por voluntarios que no tienen sentido de pertenencia y además el cuarto donde dormí estaba infestado con chinches de cama

🇫🇷 : le pire hôtel depuis mes 3 mois de voyages ! J'arrive à 21h30 le personnel est tellement bourré qu'il est incapable de me faire le check in ✔️. Donc j'ai dû le faire moi même Puis après 30 minutes dans la chambre on découvre que les lits sont infestés de punaises de lit 🪳. Ce qui nous force à partir et prendre un RBNB et l'hostel n'as toujours pas voulu me rembourser.... besoin de plus ? 🇺🇸 : The worst hotel in my 3 months of traveling! I arrived at 9:30 p.m., the staff was so drunk they couldn't even check me in ✔️. So I had to do it myself. Then, after 30 minutes in the room, we discovered the beds were infested with bedbugs 🪳. Which forced us to leave and get a RBNB, and the hostel still wouldn't refund me.... need more?

Foi tranquilo minha estadia,as instalações são ok, tem pouco banheiro para muitos quartos,os banheiro tem água quente, café da manhã é arroz, feijão/lentilha, ovo e arepa. Tem utensílios para cozinhar, só não tem para guardar (pote), espaço de coworking, de convivência. Aconteceu algumas situações que eu não gostei: na primeira noite tinha percevejo (eles detetizaram depois), e no último dia me trocaram de quarto sem me avisar.

El lugar tiene el problema de chinches o bed bugs me diero dos cuartos diferentes y en los dos encontre estos insectos alo cual desidi no hospedarme estube en este lugar ase un año y en ese entonses no tuve este problema.

L'hostel n'est pas propre et très bruyant. Il n'y a pas de règle de silence, les gens discutent jusqu'à 1h30 du matin devant la chambre. Il y avait une lumière très forte allumée toute la nuit devant notre fenêtre, impossible de l'éteindre.Certaines personnes ont eu des punaises de lit.

Punaise de lit J’ai séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel. La première fois rien à redire la chambre du haut était parfaite. La seconde fois nous étions dans une chambre en bas, beaucoup moins bien … des lits en piteux états et surtout infestés de punaises de lit. Cependant le patron a été très sympa et arrengent et nous à rembourser l’intégralité du séjour !

There were bedbugs in my bunk bed and I ended my stay with many bites. I was not the only one who experienced this. Raised it to staff, but not sure if anything was done after I left. Also the power plug next to my bed was not working and no one fixed it after I raised it so I had to borrow someone else's plug. Not the most comfortable beds, and at this price point it is understandable. They provide extra blankets if you ask, but they smelled musty (as though they haven't dried well) it made the room stink.

La atención increíble, el lugar muy lindo y acogedor , precia limpio pero lo único malo fue que hay chinches en las camas, me picaron toda la pierna.

Vi chinches en una cama.

El desayuno del segundo día estaba agrio. No volví a tomar el desayuno del hostal. Tienen infestation de chinches en las camas, ellos están al tanto y fumigaron las camas y cambiaban las sábanas sin embargo continuaba el problema. Espero puedan resolver.

No quarto que fiquei não funcionou Wi-Fi e tinha percevejos (chinches) na minha cama. Inicialmente pensei ser mosquitos, mas notei a partir da segunda noite, por conta das lesões das picadas. Tbm informaram que teria ventilador individual na minha cama e não tinha. Sugestão de alguma fruta pro café da manhã (atual ovo com arroz e feijão + café e cha).

Creo que es importante que revisen el problema de chinches que tienen en las camas. Me picaron horrible y son visibles en algunas camas tanto vivas como muertas.

Hostel has a problem with bedbugs! We found them and canceld our stay after one night. We did get a refund for the other night. They told us they will close the hostel for the weekend to clean and get rid of the bedbugs. So everyone who was there, or had bookings between Monday and the weekend sleeps in a hostel with BEDBUGS and the hostel KNOWS! The overal hostel is dirty. The sheets have stains from bedbugs and the matrasses are dirty too. The staff was very friendly though.

un desastre, la cama donde me ubicaron estaba infestada de chinches!!, era imposible dormir, les quedó difícil solucionar la plaga y apestaron toda la habitación con pesticida!!, la reubicacion a otra habitación no fue muy agradable y no fue posible un sueño decente, si no les exijo la reubicacion de mi habitación me hubieran puesto en la habitación con pesticida. los desayunos son poca cosa, solo una vez tuve un desayuno decente. no es un lugar para descansar, es mas un lugar para farras y loquear, si quieres rumba ese es el sitio(lo cual es agradable si es diversión lo que buscas) si quieres descanso, ese no es el lugar apropiado.

They had bed bugs and knew about them before I arrived. They didn’t contact me to let me know. When I arrived they already had a sign up about fumigating earlier in the day….so yes, they are disgusting. Wifi doesn’t work. Employee who works at the front desk spent all their off time with their boyfriend. Should be shut down and not allowed on the website.

Cuando nos quedos había muchísimas chinches y nos picaron. Cambiamos de cuartos porque en el primero en las sábanas habían unas muertas. En el otro cuarto en el que estuvimos, nos tocaron varias vivas y caminando. Vimos varias veces que aplicaban insecticida en las camas durante el día, pero no fue suficiente. Nos tuvimos que ir del hostal por eso.

Would have given a better rating. The problem was that I had bed bugs in my dorm bed. The manager said that it was not true, but it was. I had prepaid for multiple nights and asked for a refund for the remaining four nights I did not stay because of the bed bugs. I was refused any refund whatsoever. I was offered a different bed in a different room though, which I did not want. The bathrooms were not exactly clean.

Leider nich so sauber. Vor dem schlafen gehen schon bed bugs entdeckt…. Haben uns auch leider nicht so sicher gefühlt da in der Woche vorher um die Ecke Mädels unseren alters beraubt wurden. Leute allerdings sehr nett.

petit déjeuner tous les jours pareil, les douches et toilettes sont très souvent sales et surtout il y a des punaises de lits qu’ils ne semblent visiblement pas traiter!!! c’est vraiment un calvaire en voyage ! je ne recommande malheureusement pas

O café da manhã é pequeno demais, o chuveiro não é bom e eu tive um grande problema com os percevejos, que já estavam lá e eles não avisaram aos hóspedes, eu tive que me hospedar em outro lugar, lavar todas as minhas roupas com água quente e tive muita coceira por dias.

Bien situé avec beaucoup d'espace commun et une grande cuisine. Par contre, attention il y a des punaises de lit , on pense que ça vient des grosses couvertures..

Despite the great vibes, i did wake up to bed bugs 😷 so not the cleanest. Sad because i would've stayed longer if that wasn't the case

il y a des punaises de lit ! Je me retrouve infestée vraiment pas l’idéal en voyage :(
