If you love insects and bedbugs, you should definitely book this hotel. These people fight me, hit me, when I asked for refund for my booking, which I want to cancel after staying here only one hour

Alot of bedbugs, very dirty place, terrible experience. I requesting to everyone never book this place, because if you will ask about facilities they will fight with you, hurt you with stick and punches, that's they done with my husband yesterday

Tuvimos una experiencia terrible. Nada más llegar encontramos chinches en la habitación. Nos cambiaron a otra... y también estaba infestada. Fue asqueroso e inaceptable. Tras revisar Google Maps, vimos más de 30 reseñas reportando chinches desde hace años hasta hace pocas semanas. Es un problema grave que conocen y no han solucionado. Solo pasamos una noche y nos fuimos a otro hotel. Solicitamos el reembolso de las 4 noches restantes, pero el hotel no se hizo responsable y Booking tampoco nos quiso devolver el dinero, a pesar de las pruebas y del riesgo sanitario evidente. Nos sentimos completamente engañados, desatendidos y desprotegidos como clientes. No recomiendo este lugar bajo ningún concepto. No solo es insalubre, sino que tanto el hotel como Booking demostraron una total falta de compromiso con la salud y el bienestar de los huéspedes. Booking debería retirar este alojamiento de su plataforma de inmediato.

Don't go there, many bedbugs

J'ai réservé sur booking et aucune mention des punaises de lits, malheureusement je n'ai regardé les commentaires Google seulement après avoir payé sur Booking. Au vu des dizaines de commentaires, dont beaucoup récents, parlant des punaises de lits, je n'ai pas voulu y dormir mais je suis quand même rentrer dans la chambre pour essayer d'en voir, prendre des photos et me faire rembourser. Je dois être honnête, je n'en ai pas trouvé, seulement des traces noires passées, qu'elles laissent dans les coutures du matelas. Donc je n'ai pas pu obtenir de remboursement de mes 3 nuits non utilisées, j'ai même proposé de faire 50/50 mais il n'a rien voulu savoir. Mise à part ça, Zakari a était plutôt accueillant et serviable, il m'a donné une chambre avec fenêtre et belle vue. Sinon la salle de bain n'avait pas de poignée, il m'a dit qu'il aurait arrangé ça le lendemain. La propreté la chambre n'était pas top pour ceux qui craignent, beaucoup de poussière dans les zones peu visible, plein de poils sous le drap. Je pense que sans cette histoire de punaises de lits, j'aurais accepté la chambre car elle n'était vraiment pas cher et assez bien placé (18€/nuit). J'ai perdu 55€, il n'a vraiment pas était arrangeant, il a dit que ces histoires de punaises, c'était mon problème pas le sien... Il aurait juste pu annuler la réservation et je lui aurais payé la moitié en cash. Mais non il a préféré ce commentaire !

Absolut eklig, dreckig und eine sehr schlechte Gegend. Geht ja nicht hin. Ich habe einen Juckreiz bekommen von Bettwanzen.

Bedbugs alert, worst place

☠️Bedbugs Alert ⚠️🚨I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this hotel due to a severe bed bug issue. Despite changing rooms in an attempt to resolve the problem, I found bed bugs present throughout both rooms I stayed in. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid booking here if you want a restful and clean environment.

⚠️BED BUGS all over the room, despite I changed my room but still there was bed bugs everywhere. ‼️DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL‼️

I'm reviewing the Marpalace Hotel. If you've booked a room here, within half an hour of checking in, you'll notice BED BUGS and other insects. Obviously, you won't want to stay. Go back to the reception and ask for a refund. They'll initially refuse, so record a video of the room and the insects as evidence. Also, make a video call to the owner and threaten to post the video online. Only then will you get a full refund or Call the Police .

Hotel Bed Bugs Palace .

😡😭Its a Bad place not at all a palace, oh yes it's palace with thousands of Bed Bugs, it was not less than a nightmare for me and my family. Washrooms were in worst condition, even comods were not fixed, and we were scared maybe we would fall down during using these washrooms.

Worst experience of my life when I fought bed bugs 🐞 whole night, and when I was checking out in the morning me and my family had a lot of wounds on our bodies. I will never recommended this place to even my enemy

I can't understand how accommodation websites can promote this horrible place, it's dirty, dangerous and the beds have bedbugs, my experience was horrible, first when we arrived the area was quite horrible, very dirty, ridiculous and at night dangerous, when I checked in, a couple arrived with their daughter and the husband was very violent with his wife, I asked the concierge if the place was safe and he gave me a ridiculous answer, all platforms should remove this place from their offers, I do not recommend it at all, especially for single women.

This was the most revolting experience I’ve ever had! The room was crawling with bed bugs, and I could literally see them on the sheets. I was horrified and couldn’t sleep all night. The management is beyond incompetent, ignoring the issue like it’s no big deal. I’ve stayed in better motels off the highway. This place should be shut down for health violations! Save yourself the misery and stay anywhere else but here!

This hotel is an absolute nightmare! The room was infested with bed bugs, and I woke up covered in bites. It's disgusting and completely unacceptable. The staff didn't seem to care when I reported it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this filthy place!

⚠️ Bed Bugs Alert: We were looking for a budget hotel, but not one with hundreds of bed bugs. We booked the hotel in the morning, left our luggage, and went out for shopping in Istanbul. When we returned and lay down on the bed, we felt intense itching. Upon closer inspection, we saw bed bugs everywhere. We were horrified and called the reception to show them, but they did not respond and simply said, "If you want to stay, stay here; otherwise, find another room. You will not get a refund." Now, after midnight, at 3 AM, we are out searching for another hotel, which is extremely distressing. I would say that if you have the courage to spend the whole night with bed bugs and take them home as a souvenir, then by all means, book this room!

Stay away from this flea infested Motel, it could not even be considered a hotel, considering its very dirty room infested with bugs and incompetent service. Me and my friends stayed here for two nights. On the first night we were so annoyed because we did not get the 2 rooms that we originally booked, instead they gave us one room. Worse, that room given to us was very dirty ( hairs in the showers, urine on toilet seat, dusts everywhere especially on the bed), Worse, noticed red marks of bed bugs on our skin. The hotel owner was also very rude and did not allow us to get any refund for this inconvenience. DONT EVER BOOK HERE if you want a nice bed bugs free trip in Istanbul

The owner of the hotel was very kind and hospitable. He tried his best to make us comfortable. However, the facilities did not allow for a pleasant stay. Our room had no windows and thus no source of natural light. The only window in the room connected us with the hallway. If we had opened it, any other person in that hallway would have been able to enter our room. Also, we weren’t able to control the air conditioner, so there was no way whatsoever to control the temperature or air quality in the room. Moreover, the bathroom was in bad shape, and there was only limited toilet paper available. There was no separate shower but only a shower head mounted to the wall. This meant, however, that taking a shower would always cause the entire bathroom to flood—and not only the bathroom but also the whole room because the bathroom door had no proper seal. Also, the water pressure was low. Furthermore, on the last day of our stay, we found bed bugs on our pillows and discovered that we had been bitten. This meant we had to pay for an exterminator to advise us and thoroughly clean our luggage upon our return to prevent us from bringing the bugs to our homes. Finally, from the first day on, toiletries started to disappear. At first, we blamed ourselves, but when more and more things went missing and we couldn’t find them, we found ourselves wondering. In the end, a set of AirPods disappeared from a backpack. Luckily, upon the insistence of the owner, who was clearly struggling with the situation and ashamed that something like this could happen at his hotel, the cleaning staff returned the AirPods. They had allegedly found them under the mattress where we had, however, already checked.

Very bad place do not ever think of visiting, has bed bugs and noisy, not worth 1$

L'enfer ! ⚠️ Punaises de lit🪲 draps troués et tachés de sang, des punaises de lit dans les 2 lits de la chambre (plus d'une 10aine trouvées en 5min), salle de bain sale, commode en ruine... bref n'y allez pas ! Mais le quartier est top avec. pleins de restaurants locaux, on y mange hyper bien et pas cher alors trouvez-vous un hébergement dans le coin ! Mais pas au Marpalace 🙏

Le 2e jour, découverte de punaises de lit à plusieurs stades de développement, dans les draps et couture du lit. il y en avait pas mal de mortes ce qui laissait penser que le problème n'était pas nouveau. nous avons remonté le soucis mais ça ne semblait pas problématique pour l'hôtel. et sinon draps sales avec tâches de sang et troués. draps trop petits par rapport au lit, on se retouvait à même le matelas. quartier tres sympa cependant.

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. It was extremely dirty, we found multiple bed bugs in all our rooms, the bed sheets and towels were dirty and the rooms stank. The air conditioning was leaking and didn’t work so we had to sleep in the heat

I had not a good experience with the hotel, but as Mr. Muhammad at the reception was very nice person at the reception, he is friendly and helpful, room service is polite, room prices are better. Near lots of food stuff around the street Unfortunately 😕 bed bugs found and the bed was itching the whole night.

STAY AWAY. Incompetent service. DIRTY (we found a needel), dirty bedsheets etc. BED BUGS. After confronting the personal they suddenly didn't speek English end were rude. Just stay away and book something else.
