Had bed bugs bites and found a bug in the shower, extremely hot, no windows and my room was the one that led to 3 other rooms so there was a lot of noise

Bedbugs everywhere, no air conditioning, and no outlets. Bathrooms are a mess and smell terrible. I left before 3 nights

We stayed here for two nights. The first night was uneventful; the issue occurred on the second night. I woke up at 2:30am with numerous bites on my feet and legs and significant swelling consistent with bed bugs. I used my phone flashlight and discovered the bugs in the photos attached. While I understand that bed bugs can unfortunately be introduced by guests and are not always directly the hostel’s fault, how a property responds to a situation like this is what counts. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up or support from staff afterward. When we reported the issue, we were asked to send our photos by email, which we did. After that, we received no response, no explanation, no reassurance, no compensation for a night of no sleep, and no indication that the situation was being taken seriously. We were left completely on our own to deal with the aftermath. We spent the remainder of our trip stressed about contamination, washing and isolating all of our belongings, and not knowing whether the room or beds would be inspected or treated. Even a brief acknowledgment or clear communication would have made a big difference. I’m not writing this to assign blame for the presence of bed bugs, but to highlight the lack of communication and care once the issue was raised. Beyond that, we see that other reviewers have mentioned bedbugs a year ago or more, which makes us wonder if that infestation was ever resolved. In shared accommodation, problems can happen. What matters is responsiveness and guest support. Unfortunately, that was missing here. In the short term: don’t stay in the Warhol room. In the long term: maybe choose a different hostel.

Que insulten a los argentinos en la zona de islas malvinas siendo que allí murió mucha gente. Las duchas carecen de cortinas y se ve desde los pasillos. Como no hay espacios para las toallas todas están colgadas de las camas por lo que la humedad mas el olor de los zapatos se hace intolerable, mas aun en las noches... tuve picazón y puntos de chinches en las camas Los tablones de las camas separados que se hunde el colchón. Nada de jabón ni de toallas para secar en el baño. Cafe del "gratis" de la peor calidad. Y ropa y cosas que deben tener meses tiradas por el baño y otras partes del hostel. Y olor fuerte en las habitaciones

Others were noisy and they didn't respect quiet hours.

Unfortunately found bed bugs in my bed & moved to a different hostel after the first night. The location is also far from the center by walk but quite easy with public transport.

could be good value for money, but I got BED BUGS there. the girls bathroom on the 2nd floor is extremely mouldy and disgusting, the kitchen is super dirty (also due to the guests of course), a few staff were friendly and helpful, but not everyone; is 15/20 min by train from the city centre which is a bit annoying, but it's cheap

Keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Keine Beleuchtung im Zimmer. Parkplätze stehen je nach Absprache bei einem Restaurant zur Verfügung. Der Zugang zu einigen Zimmern geht durch andere Zimmer durch. Und zu guter Letzt hatte ich in meinem Bett Bettwanzen.

Amazing staff, but I got bed bugs so….

I found a bed bug in my bed the day I arrived. Came to the reception and was moved to room worse and cheaper than mine just for a night. They offered me to wash all my clothes. They have some terrible rooms that are corridors and people to get into other rooms are always passing through these corridors rooms all night long. The cleaning must change to be very good; the kitchen is dirty, a lot of dust above the bunk beds ceiling.

Staff were not helpful, had to figure out where to find things myself. kitchen wasn't clean and the bathrooms were soaking wet, maybe the showers were leaking? I had to go through another dorm room to get to my dorm. Worst part was after a long day I came back to my locker and the lock off and all my stuff gone with ZERO explanation? When I ASKED they said they had to “deep clean” (another guest said it was bed bugs). All my belongings including my laptop, meds, & euros thrown into the hallway.

Nice vibe and friendly staff. Big plus are events every evening. Unfortunately there is a lot to do in the terms of cleanliness... you should avoid this place if you don't like dust and bedbugs...

There was no power for an entire day. The front door was broken and often the reception was unattended. The bed was uncomfortable. There is no fan in the room or air conditioning. I had fleas/bed bugs in the bed and I was told that they were mosquitoes and I was given ant spray.

The hostel is full of bedbugs, my friends and I have been biten. Hostel to avoid !

Tuve picaduras de chinches al volver a mi casa, el médico me dijo que son muy comunes en los hostales y coincidió que acababa de volver desde ahí. Así que sugiero que hagan una revisión y mejoren la limpieza.
