   Apartment was modern and seemed to be newly renovated - We checked in and paid for the check in but after about 12 hours, property owner cancelled the booking. We had to relocate to another property - check in process was confusing and had to do it a few times to get it done - worst of all is that randomly the property owner cancelled the booking within 12 hours of staying there. We was supposed to stay 4 days! - area is really bad, smells of urine, seemed dangerous to be in for the price that we paid - bed was broke on one side

   If you are considering staying here as a female traveler, I wouldn't. I was right outside the hotel door about 10 pm for maybe about 7 mins and 3 different men approached me and tried to get me to go with them or some other kind of inappropriate behavior. They do have AC, but it is central air, so you don't have control over the temperature of your room. We left two nights early because I couldn't handle it. Our last night was some kind of dispute outside with lots of yelling followed by sirens.

   Very unsafe place, avoid at all costs At checkout, due to a misunderstanding about additional charges, the man from the reception tried to start a fight, kicked our suitcases with feet, and made threats. The hotel is located on the most criminal and dangerous street I have seen in the city. All approaches to the hotel are very narrow, and 24/7 there are drug dealers and shady individuals standing around. In the evening there was a heavy police and military presence, and at night it was extremely noisy with all kinds of chaos happening on the street.

   Drogendealer und Prostituierte überall vor der Tür. Es stinkt an jeder Ecke nach Urin. Schimmel im Zimmer. Rassistische Kommentare vom Hotelier. Eine Klimaanlage die von selbst angeht und die man nicht abstellen kann. Wir wurden auf unseren Zimmer vom Personal begeklaut, CBD HASCH aus einen offiziellen Shop in Genova nach dem wir es gemeldet haben schrie er uns auf italienisch an das es illegal ist aber der Herr versteht nicht das CBD legal ist. Er drohte mit Polizei und meinte hier in Italien wird Italienisch gesprochen. Danach holte er sich noch mehr Mensch dazu und drohte uns weiterhin. Eine Blamage für sich selber . Ich wieder niemanden empfehlen dort jemals einzuchecken. Eng: Drug dealers everywhere on the doorstep. Everyone smells of urine. Racist comments from the hotelier. An air conditioning system that turns on itself and cannot be turned off. We were robbed in our room by the staff, CBD HASH from an official shop in Genova. After we reported it, he shouted at us in Italian that it was illegal but the gentleman didn't understand that CBD was legal. He threatened to call the police and said that Italian is spoken here in Italy. Afterwards he brought in more people and continued to threaten us. A disgrace to yourself. I would not recommend anyone to ever check in there.
