- The rooms were a mess. I did not like the atmosphere in the rooms and the people who stayed were not very kind towards the other roommates. They weren't considerate. The bathrooms were also extremely dirty. I wouldn't want to choose the hostel again. Had a very bad experience.

- L’accueil est horrible . Pas de télévision qui fonctionne et le mec qui est venu a dit qu’il me tiendrais au courrant je ne l’ai plus jamais revu .

- Salle , tout est cassé des chasses d’eau au prise , pas de casier , pas de draps , pas de cuisine , pas de respect, même pas d’acception du cash

at checkin the female dorm smelled really bad so we changed it "still a female dorm" when w came back from our night out while changing we saw a man sleeping in a bunk bed, we freaked out and went to report and yes they did change it but after blaming us that we chose to change the room in the first place. mind you its supposed to be a female dorm and they changed it to a mixed dorm because "there was no space for him" like WHAT??

Security is weak. Someone snuck into our friend's six-person room and two people slept in one bed. So a six-person room became seven-person. Someone used weed in our room all night, and the whole room was constantly filled with smoke. The check-in machines jammed, and it took two hours to complete. Our money is stuck in the bank as a pending transaction. So we paid twice. Thanks to our bank, we were able to get the money back. The customers isn't good either.
it was so bad experience people are in here are mostly homeless people and they are smoking doing weed in rooms..
If I could give 0, I would. Disgraceful… It’s far from basic safety and hygiene standards; people are smoking weed in the rooms, and it’s unclear who is coming in and out of the hotel. During my first payment, they said the POS machine was broken and charged me twice. I had to argue to get my extra money back. I was need to check out early, and I still haven’t received the refund I’m owed because of that. DONT GO TO THAT HOSTEL!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE…

First of all, a big thank you to Annabel who fixed the problem with my booking and was extremely helpful in all sorts of ways. The entire staff was really kind and I overall enjoyed my stay.

- Dirty towels, bed linens and un-emptied dustbins in the room. We were however immediately given a different room.
