Gup Hostel

Ambiente insalubre. Eu tive que procurar outro hostel para ficar depois de ter deitado a cabeça por um mero 5 minutos. senti cheiro de mofo e picada de percevejo. Quando pedi reembolso, fui tratado de uma forma grossa, dispensando a importância da saúde pública.

Wir haben das Hostel für eine Nacht gebucht und hatten leider Bettwanzen. Entsprechend haben wir dort nicht genächtigt und sind noch in der Nacht umgezogen. An dieser stelle nochmals vielen Dank an das Personal für die Unterstützung! Leider müssen wir sagen, dass die Bettwanzen eigentlich nicht zu übersehen waren und bereits das gesamte Bett eingenommen haben. Da fragt man sich natürlich auch, wie man das überhaupt übersehen kann bei der zimmerreinigung….

The location is good and the staff is friendly and doing what they can. However, the hostel has a serious cleanliness problem. Some space was obviously not cleaned in a long time. We had some insect in our room (fleas, bed bugs?) and we woke up with bites. The staff really tried cleaning the room, disinfected what they could, however the problem was not solved and we ultimately decided to move out. We appreciate that we were given a refund. Could be a nice place, but really needs a thorough cleaning.

Os banheiros estavam muito sujos e acordei com picadas pelo corpo que provavelmente foram de percevejos (bed bugs) que provavelmente estavam na cama
