Hostel Colours

La mia esperienza in questo ostello è stata purtroppo estremamente deludente. Fin dal primo impatto, le condizioni igieniche e strutturali si sono rivelate ben al di sotto di uno standard accettabile. Pulizia assente: le camere presentano evidenti segni di incuria. La coperta era visibilmente sporca, con macchie che sembravano di sangue, e il materasso poggiava direttamente sul pavimento in uno spazio angusto e privo di finestre, creando un ambiente claustrofobico e poco salubre. Presenza di insetti: ho riscontrato la presenza di cimici da letto e altri insetti, un chiaro segnale di infestazione non gestita. Questo non solo è inaccettabile, ma rappresenta un rischio per la salute degli ospiti. Spazi comuni trascurati: il bagno mostrava cavi elettrici scoperti a pochi centimetri dal lavandino, una situazione potenzialmente pericolosa. Le superfici erano sporche, i sanitari mal mantenuti e l’ambiente generale trasmetteva una sensazione di abbandono. Manutenzione inesistente: scaffali impolverati, pareti con fori e riparazioni approssimative, macchie ovunque. Anche l’illuminazione era scarsa e mal distribuita, contribuendo a un’atmosfera cupa e poco accogliente. letti sporchi e neanche una finestra che si possa aprire

Le premier soir, on voit avec un ami à moi des punaises de lit, directe on va voir la direction avec des photos et des preuves, il nous dise que c’est impossible, il nous change de chambre, des champignons dans la nouvelle chambres , à FUIR, et je vous parle pas aussi des salles de bains, tout est salles, des poils, de la saletés, des insectes. Même dormir dans la rue je me sentirais plus propres. Le personnel, des incapables.

À FUIR ABSOLUMENT!!! Je sais même pas par où commencer.. Entre le réceptionniste pas aimable, les sdf bourré qui chante dans les couloirs, les odeurs d’urine dans l’escalier, les remonté d’odeur d’égout dans les salles de bains, les moisissures dans les chambres et les salles de bain et LES CAFARDS!! Je ne sais pas comment c’est possible de pouvoir louer des dortoirs aussi crade et aussi chère pour ce que c’est mais une nuit nous a suffit pr partir dès l’aube. Mon voisin de dortoirs lui a eu la malchance de se faire piquer par des punaises de lit, bref c’est une ARNAQUE!!

This was by far the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. We had booked two single beds in a mixed dormitory, but the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty, with foul and pestilential odors. The beds looked unhygienic and seemed infested, possibly with bedbugs. The bathroom was in a catastrophic state – dirty, unusable, with feces, urine on the floor, and mold everywhere. It was simply impossible to shower or even step inside. On top of that, we felt unsafe all night since the dorm door could not be properly locked, leaving us worried that strangers could walk in from outside at any moment. Overall, this was a terrible and stressful experience. This place should not be listed on Booking.com in such conditions.

Ersparen Sie sich das, bitte :) Bettwanzen und Schimmel sind im Preis inkludiert. Selbst Chuck Norris würde sich hier ekeln.

Loud drill music from an employee taking over the whole hostel, very dirty, BED BUGS, liars: they'll make you pay more when you check in for bed sheets, locker, "fake" city tax, etc...

Habían chinches, insectos en la habitación. Sucio todo. Las instalaciones dañadas, puertas sin manija. Continuamos allí por necesidad. Pero nos quisimos ir desde el primer dia.

Das schlimmste Hostel meines Lebens, meine Freundin und ich mussten die gesamte Reise abbrechen, weil wir Bettwanzen bekommen haben

O quarto que fiquei estava com uma infestação de percevejos (bedbugs) e não consegui completar o meu período reservado na acomodação visto que estava acordando com várias picadas desses insetos. O hostel, inclusive, não ofereceu nenhum apoio ou reembolso. As acomodações são muito abandonadas. Eu estou acostumada a ficar em hostel e nunca vi tanto descaso.

Although I could not see any bed bugs, something was for sure biting me. I developed horrible bites on my hands, neck and face, which were the only areas of exposed skin while I was in the beds. I was in room 11 and 6 if that helps. You have to pay the property tax in cash (Euros), which no body from the hostel thought it prudent to advise me. If you do not have cash, they charge you double the tax on eftpos. The hostel has a funny smell about it and, from what I saw, it tends to attract guests who don’t have much consideration for the concept of a shared dorm. I came back to my stuff, (which was on my bed waiting for me to put it into a bag) to find a woman sitting on my things with nothing on her bottom half. Furthermore, people thought it was ok to put dirty underwear out to dry on the ledge right above my head, so the space smelt a bit like piss. On the last night of my stay, while I was out, the staff had decided to change the room I was in and did not tell me to expect that until I came back at 1 am. They absolutely a way to reach me. Instead of letting me complete the move myself, they managed to scatter my things all over the hostel, which I then had to go and find. In the process, they had evidently decided that my facecloth could be used to clean the floor, so I let them keep it. I had to keep going through the whole hostel marketing sure that no one had taken anything as a result. By the time all of this was done, I might as well have not even stayed there as I had to go again. It became a completely pointless exercise. Above the new bed there was exposed wiring. Possibly live. On another note, it would be worth telling guests that they will have to provide their own blankets. While I am sure they are not necessary in June or July, it was December and 2 linen sheets are not enough. I saw people wrapped in their outside coats in order to stay warm and I actually had to ask for a pillow to be provided as there were none in the room.

Pessimo, confermo tutte le recensioni negative. Soggiorno per fortuna solo di 2 notti. La cosa peggiore: letto e cuscino in condizioni igieniche pessime. Punture su tutto il viso, collo e spalle da cimici da letto. Orribile! Adattarsi è un conto, rimetterci di salute tutto un altro!

SCAM! The bed BED BUGS were found in the shared room, zero cleanliness, you are given one bedsheet only, no toilet paper or soap, spotted dirty mattresses, dark and dirty room. Disgusting place. Staff so unfriendly and unwelcoming. After reporting the bed bugs at the reception they refused to compensate me on the spot. Moving to another room was not acceptable (possible infestation). They told me to email them for money refund which I did not accept because I had a feeling it's their trick. The situation was escalated and they called the police on me! After weeks of emailing them and contacting them via booking still no money received. They do not communicate. They are rude scammers, irresponsible, they knowingly spread bed bugs, infections and refuse to take accountability. Please stay safe and never go to this place!

I had booked this hostel with a friend for 7 nights, in a 6-bed female dormitory. Upon arrival, they placed us in a 9-bed room, telling us it would only be for the first two nights. We agreed. After those two nights, they informed us that we would be moved to a 6-bed room, but only for 2 nights, after which we would have to return to the 9-bed room due to a lack of availability. Once again, we accepted. While moving our belongings, we discovered bedbugs in the room. We immediately informed the reception, who assured us they would relocate the occupants of that room, which turned out to be false. We decided to leave the hostel. An agreement was reached with management for a refund of €185 per person. However, it took two visits to get a confirmation email as proof of this refund. They promised we would be reimbursed within 5 days. Unfortunately, despite having left Italy, we still have not received the refund. The manager had sworn the money would be transferred. Additionally, there were several people at the reception, one of whom was quite nervous and tended to turn up the music when he got angry, as if it were a nightclub. Finally, I returned to the hostel a few days after we changed accommodations, and the infested room (room 6, on the first floor) was still occupied, with 9 people inside.

Auf keinen Fall hier hin. Es ist wahnsinnig dreckig, es gibt BETTWANZEN und JEDES ZIMMER IST IMMER OFFEN, JEDER KANN REIN, komplett unsicher einfach. richtig richtig schlimm, sollte geschlossen werden. Zudem haben sie uns, weil wir ausgecheckt sind wegen der Bettwanzen - an der "Rezeption" eine Preiserstattung versprochen. Diese wird wehement ignoriert, ich bekomme nichtmal eine Antwort auf meine Emails - wurde aufgefordert dafür eine Email zu schreiben!! Und unsere Anrufe werden auch ignoriert! Absolut furchtbar! Wenn ich keine Sterne geben könnte würde ich es tun. War noch nie an einem schlimmeren Ort für den ich BEZAHLT habe.

Hostal muy sucio, tanto que me han comido las chinches y he tenido que estar en tratamiento. Buena ubicación pero no me he quedado satisfecha. Llegué un día más tarde de lo previsto pero al tenerlo yo pagado todo de antes pensaba que no había problema y me cobraron bastante dinero extra por la penalización. Ostello molto sporco, tanto che mi hanno mangiato le cimici e ho dovuto essere in cura. Buona posizione ma non sono rimasto soddisfatto. Sono arrivato un giorno più tardi del previsto, ma avendo avuto ho pagato tutto prima, pensavo che non ci fossero problemi e mi hanno fatto pagare un bel po' di soldi extra per la penalità.

This was the worst place I ever stayed at! I wouldn’t even want to be there if I got payed for staying there. The mattress was full of piss and blood stains, everything (and I mean it) was so incredibly dirty, there were BED BUGS in the beds!! We payed 18€ for towels and a lock (fun fact: the lock was super cheap and the key we got with it was basically a piece of scrap metal. Since every other person in the room had the same lock, everyone could open every lock) But the real concern is that neither the hostel room, nor the hostel itself is locked. There is nothing stopping people from just going inside and take your stuff. I’m really fine with a more budget friendly hostel that’s not super modern or comfy but this place made me reconsider my way of travelling for good. If you’re reading this, please have some self respect and stay away from this place (we literally went to sleep in front of the central station because we couldn’t take to sleep there)

Absolut grauenvoll. Die komplette Ausstattung ist runtergelebt wie in der letzten Gammel-WG, wir haben Bettwanzen in den ohnehin dreckigen Betten gefunden. Das schlimmste: die Zimmer sind von der Straße aus für jeden frei zugänglich, alle Türen stehen offen und lassen sich nicht abschließen. Das ist unverantwortlich und gefährlich.

DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT SAFE! There is a bad bed beug infestation going on! All of the doors are open at all times! The locks they sell for the lockers are a joke, every key opens every lock! It is so so so dirty! The beds are very unclean as well with stains of bodily fluids etc. the worst is definitely the fact that ANYONE CAN COME IN at any time and that there are BEDBUGS. We luckily found them before we went to sleep but then rather left the hostel at 1am to stay on the streets.

J’avais réservé une auberge pour 7 nuits dans une chambre de 6 femmes, mais à l’arrivée, on nous a placées dans une chambre de 9 personnes. Après 2 nuits, on devait être transférées dans une chambre de 6, mais cela n’a duré que 2 nuits avant un retour dans la chambre de 9. Nous avons découvert des punaises de lit et décidé de quitter l’auberge. Malgré un accord de remboursement de 185€, celui-ci n’a toujours pas été reçu. La chambre infestée était toujours occupée après notre départ.

Sale… même crade. Des punaises de lit, dans toute la chambre tout le monde a eu des boutons, sans parler de l’état des matelas. Je ne préfère pas aborder la cuisine, encore moins la salle de bain.

The room itself was the same. And to top it all off, I got bitten by bed bugs all over my body (my feet took the worst hit). When told to the receptionist, just offered another room, couldn't care less. Avoid yourself a bad night, and go somewhere else.

Si estáis pensando ir a Milán, este es el peor sitio al que podéis ir. Si queréis una noche terrorífica rodeados de una fauna de insectos peculiar, os animo a ir. Reservamos una habitación privada para dos personas para tres noches. Cuando llegamos, el recepcionista ni nos miró a la cara, se limitó a pedirnos la documentación y poco más, ni si quiera sabía qué habíamos reservado. La habitación un auténtico terror. Sin persiana, por lo que se nos veía por la ventana, telarañas, polvo, el ventilador que parecía que en cualquier momento se te caía encima, todo lleno de insectos. A pesar de ello, quisimos hacer de tripas corazón y quedarnos, pues habíamos pagado 175€. Misión imposible porque el colmo fue ver saltar a una persona de un balcón a otro, por lo que no solo es una pocilga, sino que encima es un lugar inseguro. La primera noche la tuvimos que pasar ahí porque era imposible reservar otro lugar, pues bien, contamos un total de 25 picaduras en mi cuerpo (adjunto foto de una de ellas, porque son así todas), de a saber qué insectos, probablemente una mezcla de chinches, mosquitos y pulgas, pues yo dormí en la cama. Mi madre optó por quedarse en vela en la terraza por miedo a que nos entrasen a robar. Finalmente reservamos 2 noches en otro hotel que os recomiendo, Hotel 26, barato, personal amable y limpio, que es lo mínimo. Lo único positivo la chica de recepción de hoy, porque por lo demás, un lugar que da mucho miedo y mucho asco.

À fuir de toute urgence ! Par où commencer ? Si vous pensez avoir réservé à l’avance, détrompez-vous. Un homme peu aimable a l’accueil vous demandera de payer un supplément pour les draps ainsi qu’un supplément qui correspond à la citytaxe. Nous avions réservé pour 6, il s’avère que nous avons atterri dans une chambre de 8 personnes. Les matelas et oreillers dans les chambres sont sales (tâches) et ne sont pas non plus, ne serait-ce que secoués. Au moment de s’installer, des filles de notre chambre nous déconseillent même certains lits car elles y ont fait l’expérience accompagnés de ✨punaises de lit✨ la nuit passée. Les salles de bain sont également douteuses. Nous pouvons aussi aborder le sujet insécurité de cet établissement. N’importe qui peut rentrer puisque les portes sont grandes ouvertes à l’entrée. Ne vous attendez pas non plus à un code ou bien une clé pour la porte de votre chambre. Des hommes inconnus ont donc pu ouvrir la porte et entrer rapidement dans notre chambre pendant la nuit. Je finirai par souligner le CULOT d’un homme de l’accueil qui a utilisé nos donnés personnelles à des fins non professionnelles : pour nous rechercher et nous follow sur insta par exemple. Si vous recherchez une expérience bien glauque, foncez !

I do NOT recommend even coming anywhere near this hostel. It was the most horrifying stay we had to endure. The name Hostel “Colours” is definitely not fitting with the actual hostel. The pictures you see are MISLEADING. The building from the outside alone looked ran down and not welcoming. As we entered we instantly got hit with a smell of weed which was also uncalled for at a hostel. Your safety is the least of their worries, as we had to pay 5€ to leave our baggages just to have them be stashed in a small electricity room which had no locks or any security whatsoever. As we went up the stairs we also noticed that the stairs were just 2 pieces of marble slabs taped to the walls so I don't know how long those will last. The room was very warm with 2 ceiling fans of which none of them were working properly so we had to endure the whole stay with high temperatures. The whole room and bathroom weren't the cleanest either. I also gotta add that the room had a heavy smell of bleach, likely because they are trying to "solve" their massive bedbug infestastion which we LUCKILY did not encounter in room 9. This place is also not the greatest place to make friends. The public kitchen was in a terrible condition, all utensils and whatnot were dirty, same as everything else in the kitchen. Same for the terrace, it wasn't quite clean. Some people were also blasting music during late times. We had 2 nights booked and dropped out early as we weren't gonna stay there any longer. PLEASE do not stay here at all, I'm surprised how this place isn't closed down yet.

Pire expérience de notre vie pour une auberge. Chambre insalubre et sale, et la surprise au réveil de plusieurs dizaines de piqûres de punaises de lit… Une chaleur étouffante dans les chambres sous 35 degrés, avec un ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Des hôtes peu aimable, et des charges à payer en plus à l’arrivée… Auberge à petit budget, mais à quel prix ?…

Des punaises de lit à profusion sur les murs, le matelas. Nous avons été changé de chambre la deuxième nuit après leur avoir fourni des preuves (photos). Cependant le personnel n’a pas prévenu la présence de ces nuisibles aux autres pensionnaires, qui les a informé d’un « problème de douche » afin de camoufler la vérité. De retour, nous sommes piquées et devons traiter l’ensemble de nos affaires…. Nous en sommes à plus de 100€ de frais! Pas de geste/de remboursement venant de l’auberge !

The worst hostel I ever been, they have bed bugs problem and so dirty and without air conditioning and I got more than 50 bites!!!!!!. I have to leave the second day and change to another one. They said apply refund from booking but they rejected my refund, disgusting!!!!!!

Tbh we were first little scared because of the reviews of the hostel here but the reality showed huge diference between the rooms of girls and boys. The girls room was kinda ok, but we got room for 8 girls instead for 6 people. (so paying extra for just 6 people doesn't mean you actually get it) However we recommend taking your own blanket and shoes for showering because of mold there 😬 Last day we found bed bugs in our beds but from what we heard the boys were bitten by them pretty badly. But overall we actually enjoyed staying there also because of the good location close to the cheapest supermarket Penny and subway station.

Your health, privacy and the safety of your luggage are not respected in this hostel. Would not recommend anyone to stay here it’s a disgrace. Experienced a terrible incident myself with bed bugs in the room. One of my roommates got bit and had to sleep in the reception for the rest of the night. The staff were aware of this but kept their mouth shut. When I came back in the evening, I found out that rooms were changed and my bag was gone. Appearantly the staff just took it with them as my stuff was lying all around in the reception. When I asked what the issue was, the receptionist lied to me and told that there was an electricity problem. My room mates had to tell me the bed bugs were the real reason. And in the new room we found them as well. Ik got bit at all my arms and legs. Also, you cannot lock your room in this place. The hostel consists of two buildings. In the building with the reception, anyone can just walk in and enter a room if they wish. The other building the main door is locked from the outside and you don’t receive a key, which means that if no staff is available you cannot enter the hostel at all. Only positive point about this place I can name is the kindness of my roomates. But since that can be found anywhere please avoid this hostel.

They still have bed bugs!!! I have to change hostel. Someone two days ago already mentioned on Google that they have bed bugs problem and they didn't solve it. I only slept one night and i got bite so bad. After i showered in the new hostel i found out i have so many bed bugs bites. Awfull awful awful experience!!!!

Vreselijke ervaring van mijn vriend die daar heeft geslapen die ik heel graag wil delen. Hij heeft momenteel de vakantie van zijn leven en hoe jullie zijn moment hebben afgepakt is ongekend. Allereerst worden zijn spullen zonder maar wat te zeggen weggehaald uit de kamer. Vervolgens wordt er bij de receptie vaag verteld dat het komt door een elektriciteitsprobleem en dat hij naar een andere kamer wordt verplaatst. Vaag verhaal, want het licht deed het altijd gewoon. Vervolgens komt hij niet door de receptie, nee hoor, maar van zijn kamergenoot erachter dat ze zijn verplaatst door iets heel anders, BEDWANTSEN. Overal worden ze gezien, en een van zijn kamergenoten lag onder de bulten. Ook in de nieuwe kamer werden ze toch gespot. Hierbij doen jullie dingen die mij enorm verboden lijken bij het runnen van een hostel. Spelen met iemands gezondheid door er niet meteen wat aan te doen en actie te ondernemen, het schenden van privacy door zomaar iemands spullen aan te raken en weg te halen zonder maar wat te zeggen en ze worden ook nog eens voorgelogen door de receptie door een verhaal op te maken wat niet waar is. Al met al, vreselijke ervaring, mijn vriend heeft echt de slechtste nacht ooit gehad, amper kunnen slapen na alles wat er is gebeurd en jullie hebben het recht niet om iemands moment zo te verpesten. Ik hoop dat er genoeg negatieve reviews komen want hier moet zo snel mogelijk wat aan gedaan worden. Hygiëne lijkt mij nummer 1 in ieder hotel of hostel en schaam jullie, echt, ik heb zelf nooit zo'n vaag en extreem verhaal gehoord van een hotelervaring als deze. Hieronder een foto van de bedwantsen, in het klein te zien. Het zijn er belachelijk veel.

En la primera noche en la cama que me dieron a la hora de acostarme tenía como 30 picaduras en distintas partes del cuerpo,mate unos 3 bichos similares a una chinches que largaron sangre al matarlos,me picaron por todos lados,mostré las picaduras y las manchas de sangre en la sábanas y me dieron otra cama,luego no me preguntaron nada de mi estado en general,me picaron en la cara,cintura hombros brazos,pies después de 5 días recién se me están yendo las picaduras,no se si fue algo excepcional mi caso pero es muy negativo todo esto para mi,luego en la otra habitación todo fue normal.

très mauvais en arrivant ambiance lugubre et très sombre, contradictoire pour un "hostel colors" ensuite le "boss" est antipathique, vraiment très mal accueilli, ensuite intérieur du casier rouillé, douches sales, et chambre censée être pour 6 on s’est retrouvé à 8 dedans, baissez le prix si c’est comme ça. 2ieme nuit on s’est fait réveiller à 4h du matin par le flash du téléphone d’un gars de l’auberge qui cherchait quelqu’un avec la police derrière, pas très rassurant presque sûr qu’il y a des punaises de lit aussi bref très mauvais je recommande vraiment pas

Este establecimiento necesita una visita de sanidad. Sucio muy sucio. Las instalaciones están sucias cerca de ser un basurero y está plagado de Chinches. Las camas son muy malas, los baños muy sucios huele mal This establishment needs a health visit. Dirty very dirty. The facilities are dirty close to being a garbage dump and are infested with Bed Bugs. The beds are very bad, the bathrooms are very dirty and it smells bad.

Very bad cleanliness, mold on the bathroom, stains on the beds, signs of bed bugs. Staff was not very welcoming. Security low, no lock on door, everybody could enter, storage cabinets unlockable and too few for the amount of people.

If you’re considering sleeping there, only if it’s for one night- DON‘T! The whole room is full with bed bugs. Only one night was enough to look like I got a virus all over my body. Itching and burning bubbles. Moreover, the rest was also dirty and I didn’t dare to walk without shoes and after the shower I didn’t feel much cleaner. The employees showed no regrets and after telling them about the issues they just suggested us to read the reviews before booking. So this is my advice to you, if you think to book this hostel and you read this, just look for a different place.

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con lo que te encuentras. Lamentable mantenimiento, poca o nula limpieza. Cuando entramos en la habitación apestaba a lejía, pero ya. La habitación estaba sucia y en condiciones lamentables. Pero la gota que colmó el vaso, fue que tras la primera noche al despertar me encuentro con muchas picaduras por todo el cuerpo, y al analizar las sábanas encontramos varias chinches. En este momento, recogimos todas nuestras pertenencias y salimos corriendo (a pesar de haber reservado y pagado las dos noches). Trato poco agradable del recepcionista, poca seguridad y mucho ruido de noche (música alta como si de una discoteca se tratara). Horrible experiencia

Please please do not stay here. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. We booked here for a 3 night stay only to be greeted upon check-in with an infestation of bedbugs. It was so bad, management removed the curtains as the walls were covered in them, the beds, furniture. We had no choice but to leave but were refused a refund and are now currently trying to get our money back but the hostel refuse to make any contact. The place should be shut down.

El peor hospedaje que he tenido en mi vida. Primero, habíamos alquilado una habitación con dos camas y nos han dado una con una sola cama. El cuarto apestaba a lejía. Uno de los armarios nada más abrirlo casi se nos cae encima. Por la noche ponen música como si estuviesen en una discoteca, no piensan nada en el descanso de los clientes, la ducha,en fin y está mañana nos hemos despertado descubriendo que había chinches en el colchón. Hemos recogido nuestras cosas y hemos salido por patas de ese lugar.

Un asco de sitio, mala limpieza, chinches en las camas… no lo recomiendo

Bed bug infestation was so bad we had to leave before even spending one night there. refused to give us our money back when we outlined the complaints. Told to email the owner but obviously never had a reply. Dont stay here, the staff are unwelcoming and the cleanliness is bare minimum. However the location is pretty good.

Huge potential to be a nice place but overall missed the mark. Generally clean and staff are friendly however a dark and gloomy place overall. Strongly suspect that there is a Bed Bug infestation

this place is disgusting and literally crawling with bed bugs, they're in the beds, curtains, walls - everywhere.

Everything.. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the feedback on booking and I regretted it, terrible experience, zero cleaning... I booked 3 nights, of which I only sleep one, the second night I preferred to sleep in the car, as the room was infested with bedbugs, I informed the staff and he told me that it was the fault of a group of French people that they had recently received, absurd, how can they blame a nationality when the whole hostel was filthy?! This place hasn't known what cleanliness is for years... in short, sleep on a bench in the square but don't sleep in this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE. There isn’t any locks on the doors so anyone can walk into the hostel at any point. The bathroom didn’t even have a shower head it was only trickling water from a pipe and there was poop on the floor next to the toilet. On arrival we were told that the room may smell like chemicals due to a bedbug problem and the man at the reception with long hair said and I quote “the bedbugs are due to dirty French men that stayed here” The only good thing about this place was the subway station near it so you can leave immediately.
