ITC Hotel Amsterdam

This is the most inexpensive accomodation in the centrum. No bedbugs when I was there last week, but some mattresses that looked the same as the ones in the motel were piled up on the sidewalk outside. Maybe I got lucky? If I hadn't seen it in the reviews I wouldn't have thought of it. The place was clean enough and quite safe and secure. Good staff interactions. Room was tiny and the walls quite thin, no remote for the TV. A cheap room in the center of the most expensive city in Europe and on an amazing street. It is what it is.

Actually I was really scared about the bedbugs’s comments but I haven’t got any! Actually a pretty good experience! Yes the walls are thin but hey it’s the center of Amsterdam and their old buildings! It’s all about the common sens of your neighbors of the day ! The location is perfect! 😌

Punaise de lit !!!!!!! A fuir absolument j’ai passer deux jours catastrophique. Les chambres sont remplies de punaises de lit, j’ai demandé de changer la chambre et pareil la deuxième chambre, elle était remplie aussi.. le personnel prennent ça à la légère.

Ce commentaire sera bref : hygiène déplorable, préservatifs usagés trouvés dans la chambre, taches bizarres sur les murs et la literie mais par dessus tout, voyage gâché par des PUNAISES DE LIT (visibles dans la chambre + nos corps recouverts de boutons pour le reste de la semaine). Je ne raconte même pas la galère pour gérer cela en rentrant chez nous. A fuir absolument. + je précise qu’au moment de rembourser le montant payé puisque nous avons dû quitter l’hôtel, ils nous ont remboursé une réservation précédente qui avait été annulée car celle ci était MOINS CHER, donc à noter la malhonnêteté.

Cet avis va être simple : préservatifs usagés dans la poubelle, taches bizarres dans la chambre, propreté minable et surtout!!! Présence de punaises de lit : une visible sur l’oreiller, taches sur la literie, réaction allergique et nos corps recouverts de boutons pour le reste du voyage.

Their were bed bugs and ants in our apartment

There was bed bugs and it was very bad for me and my skin

Bed bug and bed bugs and more bed bugs. The facility is ridiculously cramped, has dangerous stairs and the management is horrible. I am asthmatic. There was smoking in our building ( they have two ); they did nothing. My daughter, who was staying in a different room, was bite hundreds of times by bed bugs. They did nothing. We had to throw out all the clothes and when we ask for a refund to compensate us, they wouldn’t respond. Gross place. Staff is awful. Worst air bnb ever!

There are definitely bedbugs in room number 14. In two nights I got bitten sooo badly. I am still itching. The morning of the check out day I searched for them because I was itching during the night. I found only one bedbug (you can see very small tiny yellow thing i the picture) and blood stains of mine probably. Now I am worried to bring them back home.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Huge brown stain on the bed. There were bed bugs in the room and when addressing the front desk and showing them the bugs in the bed and the literal bites on my back they told us we were lying and making it up to get our money back. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. Do not stay here.

Punaises de lit ! Propreté à revoir Changement de chambre dans un bâtiment éloigné sans réception. 2 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double.

The room was not clean. Even bedsheets and toilet were disgusting. There also where bedbugs, who bit us... Lots of laundry was lying on the stairs what is really dangerous in case of fire. Reception staff not really friendly and the reception itself was stinking like hell... I won't complain about thin walls and steep stairways - that's typical for amsterdam hotels. But ITC was the worst I've ever visited because of all the dirt and bad hygiene.

Bed bugs

Het was te klein, te gehorig, niet schoon erg oud, na de overnachting had ik allemaal bulten op m’n lichaam vermoedelijk van bedwantsen

We were placed in Room 1 at first which a bed was flimsy, then we were moved to Room 2, in this room there was no AC there was a stench coming from the toilet. There is bed bugs, we were bitten here and have photos to show this. Staff were unaware of what to do and always whatsapled the manager who was never available, this would waste time in the reception and cause backlog

There is NO airport shuttle, there is NO free breakfast. What there is, is BEDBUGS! They were indeed bedbugs, not mosquitos. The pharmacist we consulted said to "Check out of the hotel now."

Des punaises de lit, aucune isolation, personnel malhonnête, chambre de 8 m2 avec 2 lits(la norme c’est 9 m2 par personne), des chips par terre, chambre salle , fenêtre cassée. Plus de 200 euros la nuit au weekend c’est inadmissible pour un service médiocre et n’est pas humain. En plus La chambre et au 4eme étage les toilettes sont au 3eme et la douche c’est au 2eme c’est donc partagé avec pleins de gens , les auberges sont plus comfortable

Worst experience I ever had I an hotel. Room was so dirty I asked for an other room. No solution was provided to me. There are bed bugs its awful!!!! You need to avoid that place unless if you are dirty person with low hygienic standards
