There's nothing much to expect from a hostel i guess, but the common leather couch is so dirty, like it's barely cleaned at all. My mattress was filled with bed bugs and it was really stressful, fortunately the manager was professional enough to give me a full refund, even though i still had to buy the products to get rid of them on my clothes. The receptionist told me he'd try and find a solution for the last day and he'd text me, he never did, i had to rent another place. Throw the mattress away and replace it, otherwise the problem will never be fixed!! And stop kidding people, replacing bed sheets is pointless in such cases!

Lastimosamente me he quedado en varias ocasiones en este lugar pero ha desmejorado mucho la calidad de las cosas, adicional a esto me tuve que ir antes del alojamiento porque hay un problema de pulgas y chinches lo que realmente perjudico mi estancia allí pero esto no era así antes, les comparto fotos. Además de esto había bastante comida descompuesta en el refrigerador. Aunque las chicas de aseo se esmeran bastante por hacer bien su trabajo, les falta más control en esta parte. Les comparto la foto de lo que nos notifico el alojamiento.

I got bedbug bites from the bed, and the manager is extremely rude.

I felt that the place could have been in better condition in terms of infrastructure and cleanliness. Personally, I had a bad experience because after my first night there, I woke up with my whole body bitten by bed bugs. I informed the reception, and their only response was to tell me to change beds. I didn’t see them clean or disinfect the mattress where I was bitten by all those bugs. I hope that whoever slept there after me didn’t go through the same thing.

Good location near the city center. Facilities were adequately clean but did not have hot water for our first day. The hostel offered us to use the neighbouring rooms shower, which was nice but not ideal. The hot water would fluctuate on and off for the remainder of the trip. Two tram lines right outside the window, so earplugs recommended. Worst of all is that one of us got bed bug bites from the bottom bunk on the last night. Would not return to this hostel due to these issues.

just 1 shower and 1 toilet for 14 people, bed bugs in the bed, shower was smelly and no elevator. The bed had curtains and that’s good, but that’s it. Just a place to sleep.

Building and rooms are old, only one toilet for the floor in which I was, and quite small and dirty. I had some bedbug bites during my stay.

The location was great. It is a prime position for all of the attractions. However, I got bit by bed bugs. The sheets were a dark purple which now I’m looking back does not inspire trust for their cleanliness. I didn’t realize until i was in the next city in my travels. By then, I had 15+ bites. The bathroom was shared between the different rooms, about 15 beds. The shower head was broken. Overall, the hostel seemed to be your average experience with the downfall of bed bugs.

Siamo andati via dopo la prima notte e chiesto rimborso perché morsi da Bed Bugs. Abbiamo trovato uova, feci ed esoscheletri di cimici dei letti nella struttura dei letti. Camera sporchissima, polvere e spazzatura dietro ai letti, materasso, coperte e cuscini sporchi e fatiscenti. Su richiesta abbiamo ricevuto due asciugamani dalla reception, ovviamente macchiati

Hostel has two sides, the ok rooms they show in their photos, and the really bad ones the do not show. Better hope you're lucky enough to not end up in one of the bad ones (no way to select a specific room, just select the class of room by the number of beds per room). My room was on floor 1, facing the street: Constant and REALLY loud noice of trams going by on the street below all day round; small, dirty and unventilated bathrooms; beds and bed linen with bedbugs; gloomy atmosphere, and unclear reception closing hours that make you loose your 10€ key deposit (heard and read four different closing hours, from the website, posters on the wall, the info given by the receptionist, etc. All different). Also, there's a bar on the ground floor that's open till 5am. One night people outside the bar were lunching fireworks right below on the street. Yeah not good. Choose other hostel, plenty of options so don't go for this one.
