The rooms were in completely unacceptable condition, with clear evidence of bed bugs and even mice. The receptionist openly acknowledged the bed bug issue, yet the hostel failed to take responsibility or offer a proper solution. We were forced to leave the rooms immediately and could not stay overnight, but despite this, the hostel refused to refund the money already paid. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and dismissive, leaving our group without support.

BEDBUGS! We found bedbugs in both rooms we stayed, mold on matresses, blood stains. Duvet covers don't even cover the whole duvet, dirty rooms. No soap. Reception tried to tell us that these were not bedbugs, just some other bugs lmao. Had to choose between staying in the lobby all night and sleeping with bedbugs. Stayed in the lobby. Avoid!!!

Cette auberge est une honte pour la ville de Paris, cette endroit devrait être contrôler par une inspection sanitaire, les lieux était salle et mal entretenue. Des insectes sous les lits (j’espère que ce ne sont pas des punaises de lit). Des traces blanche sur les couettes, nous n’avions qu’un seul draps qui ne nous protéger presque pas, car c’était un drap avec un seul côté. Les toilettes étaient sale. Des traces de freinage d’urgence dans les toilettes. Et une petite pensé à celui qui a réussi à freiné un peu trop fort et qui a réussi à en mettre sous la cuvette (et pas qu’un peu). Mais surtout je pense au personnel qui n’a pas voulu laver les toilettes. Les parties communes était toute aussi sale. Des toilettes communes affreusement sale… Je pense que nous avons eu le privilèges d’avoir un petit dej. Les croissants qui nous ont était servi sont des croissants d’hier. Cette hôtel est une honte, une abomination pour tout ce qui est service hôtelier.

Chambre pleine de bestioles, punaises de lits et leurs œufs. Les chambres sont sales.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! 1. Weird odor in room when first arrived. Smell like somone haven't bath for a week. 2. A lot of hair remains on bed, unwashed bedsheets. 3. BEDBUGS! Bedbugs crawling around the bed. 4. Ants roaming around the floor. 5. Broken balcony door, cannot be locked and must be unlocked all night. 6. Broken toilet seat. 7. Extremely slow wifi. 8. Very rude staff. I raised the issue and they immediately reject for further communication.

This hotel is so bad. The bed has blood, bad smell, finger nail, bed bugs and hairs from previous guests.

Terrible hygiene and terrible staff attitude. We found bed bugs, dead bugs, nails, and hair from the previous guests, and they refused to change our room after we complained to them. The Wi‑Fi is very difficult to connect to and very slow. The balcony doesn’t have a lock. They said their reception staff can understand English, but in reality, they cannot understand English very well. This is a tourist hotel, so how can they not understand English? This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is a scam, and I highly do not recommend booking this hotel.

Habitué de cet établissement, j'ai séjourné dans la nuit du mardi 24 mars 2026 au mercredi 25 mars 2026 (chambre 403 RDC) et je suis reparti couvert de piqûres de punaises de lit (diagnostic confirmé par mon médecin traitant ce jour). Le plus scandaleux reste la gestion client : j'ai appelé l'accueil pour les prévenir par courtoisie et éviter que l'infestation ne se propage aux autres chambres. La réceptionniste a refusé de prendre l'information, m'a exigé un mail de manière hautaine, puis m'a purement et simplement raccroché au nez lorsque j'ai insisté sur l'urgence de la situation. Un manque total de professionnalisme et de respect pour l'hygiène de base. Établissement à fuir tant qu'un traitement professionnel n'a pas été effectué. Je ne compte plus y remettre les pieds

Pas de tapis dans salle de bain Aucune plaquette explicative pour les casier J'ai vu un insecte dans mon lit et j'ai des boutons avec grosse plaque aujourd'hui ( au début je pensais punaise de lit j'ai eu très peur mais les boutons ne correspondent pas ).

room was very clean and comfortable, the locker system is good. rooms were too hot, and there was a bedbug that bit me a lot in the night! it was pretty stressful to wash all my clothes

the check in time only being able to check in at 4 pm really sucked. You can pay 5€/2 hours earlier you wanna check in. The place isn’t really close to the main city center but it’s only a 30 min metro ride. my room was super clean. I stayed in a 6 person en-suite for women only but sometimes one of the male workers would just like come in without knocking to like check things off a clipboard. There’s no hand soap in the bathroom but otherwise the shower and bathroom were fine. No bedbugs!

Bon rapport qualité prix. En plus, cette auberge, récente, a utilisé des principes d'aménagement intérieur, qui limitent la contamination par des parasites tels que les punaises de lit.

Bedbugs. Staff was also basically non-existent, which makes sense as a self-serve hostel, except you can't get in the door without staff, the self-serve functionality didn't really work (I.e. wifi) so absent staff is a problem. Location is okay but not great either. Overall don't think I'd recommend.

Achtung Bettwanzen!!!!!!!!!! Würde auf keinen Fall wieder dahin Klimaanlage viel zu kalt und nicht einstellbar

There were bedbugs on my boyfriend’s bed, they were biting him all night and the guy of the reception didnt want to change him to another bed or another room. Also some people got in the room in the middle of the night and disturbed my sleep. Also very far away from everything! I wouldn’t stay here anymore!
