BED BUGS!!! My kid was bitten several times on the legs which were not there before our stay. I contacted the front desk and they do not care.

Nice and fancy look to it.. but smelled very weird throughout the whole hotel. And my son was covered in bed bug bites after one night.

+ - great location, 10 min walk from Eiffel Tower, many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. - cheerful, modern atmosphere - very friendly reception staff - good value for money - rooms are clean and modern - - no fridge in rooms - room rate was billed to my credit card when I booked the room. At check-in they tried to make me pay a second time, so take a bank statement with you for proof of payment! - the sliding door at the beds move very easily. Our daughter fell out of the bed at night, resulting in a nasty bump on her forehead. This is not the hotel's fault, but still, do not trust these doors if your children move around a lot during their sleep! - One of our kids woke up to around 30 bug bites on exposed skin. When my wife went into her bed, she was also bitten several times. I hope there were no bed bugs. We washed all our clothes at 60 degrees upon arrival at home and treated the itchy bites. Again, this does not have to be the hotel's fault. Room service was reliable and efficient and even the best of hotels can be bug-infested.

First and foremost, the room cleanliness was severely lacking. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find dead bugs in the bed, making us hesitant to even approach the sleeping area. It took us a good 30 minutes to thoroughly inspect the beds, fearing the presence of bed bugs. Furthermore, the bed sheets were old, visibly cracked, and in dire need of replacement, as clearly depicted in the accompanying pictures. The pillows provided were of poor quality, lacking any semblance of comfort or standardization, making it unsuitable for children and adults. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff and requesting a thorough cleaning of the room, our concerns were largely ignored. The bed sheets remained unchanged for the duration of our stay, exacerbating our doubts about the hygiene standards of the hotel. Additionally, we discovered long and short body hairs in the bed, further adding to our discomfort and raising serious questions about the cleanliness of the room before our arrival. Moreover, the sink in the bathroom was faulty, requiring an excessive 5 to 10 minutes to drain after each use. This inconvenience significantly disrupted our daily routine and added to the overall frustration of our stay. Additionally, we encountered mosquitoes or other insects in the room, which not only caused discomfort but also resulted in bites, particularly affecting our children. When we raised our concerns with the hotel staff regarding the insects, they dismissed our complaints, attributing the issue to the season, despite our stay occurring outside of springtime. This lack of acknowledgement and accountability further compounded our dissatisfaction with the hotel's management. Furthermore, the lack of basic amenities such as a refrigerator, kettle, coffee or tea facilities, waste basket, and extra pillow only served to diminish our overall experience. the towels were not changed during our stay, absence of a phone in the room.

Bed bugs!

Air Conditioning wasn't working, and they immediately changed our room because of that, which I appreciate. The problem is that the Air Conditioning in the 2nd room wasn't working as well. They offered me to move to another room again, but I didn't want to go through the hassle again, and had to wait until the technician would be on site to take care of it, which he did 2 days later. After that, the AC was finally working.
