Don’t stay here: bedbugs!! I was only here for two hours and got bitten so decided to leave. To make matters worse, they have the worst check-in system of any hostel I’ve stayed it. It’s an online system, and I got 15 of the same email from them in my junk email. The lights are only on when it’s already light outside ironically, and there’s no way to turn them on at ‘night’ (17:00 in the afternoon) in case people are sleeping”. I haven’t had a refund from them yet. Worst hostel so far.

Bedbugs in the common area!!! Was a nightmare to get rid of them

there were bed bugs all over the sofas in the communal area and no lights and plugs in the bedroom

This place gave me bed bugs lol, not a vibe. No chargers at the beds so you’ve gotta charge your stuff in the common room with the bed bugs

Three of us checked our mattresses for bed bugs and didn’t find any. There is no reception which means you can’t store your luggage and you can only enter the hostel after 13:00 on the day of your reservation. Also, there are no chargers in the rooms so you have to charge your devices in the common room which is a major inconvenience. Still, bathrooms were relatively clean and the beds had curtains.

there was bedbug infestation while we were there and recieved refunds for our stay however when trying to sort this out, manager was texting my friend and hitting on her, so inappropriate and made her so uncomfortable at 4am when trying to sort out sleeping arrangements. location was good but only stayed one night due to bed bugs. not everyone at hostel recieved refunds for this. staff seemed ingenuine and rude. self check in was a problem and no one answered our calls when we had issues. avoid

The problem is there is no reception which is a big minus point. There can be an emergency like a medical one or maybe a fire, not sure who takes responsibility then? These guys should be sued!! However much they assure that the staff is a phone call away,but that's far from the reality! The beds move a lot when you turn and can be noisy, adding to it there are bed bugs to give you company which is a menace in its own way!
