Sadly, the high price of the bed I booked led me to expect really high standards at the hostel. To start with the positives, the beds are private and have two shelves on either side with a light switch and two outlets. The location is very nice with a front view of the canal and is within walking distance to the central station. There is also an air conditioner in the room, which makes up for the lack of windows. All of this was completely overshadowed by how dirty the room was. The floor was full of crumbs of some sort and was almost never cleaned. The bed frame where the mattress looked like it had never been cleaned since the hostel opened, and I even found a bed bug. I stayed there for six nights and would say it would be better to spend a bit more money and get a regular hotel since this hostel is very pricey for what it has to offer at €42 per night after all the hidden added taxes that you're hit with when finalizing your booking. I think that at this price, the minimum you should be offered is a towel and some house shoes since you really can't shower without them.

juni 2018 in 1 van de kamers bedwantsen aanwezig, indien niet verwijderd niet boeken je wordt gebeten! indien ze zijn verwijderd kan je gerust boeken want de locatie is prima en ik vind de kamers een camping idee hebben door de 3-laags stapelbedden.
