En la habitación habían chinches y no responden de la manera adecuada. Sigo esperando reembolso, que ni siquiera será total de mi estadía.

Please do not stay here! It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but this place has bedbugs! I recently stayed (thankfully for only one night) in room 42 which is a 6 bed dorm and it was filled with the critters. We all woke up at 4am because one girl said she had been bitten and saw a bedbug, upon closer inspection, there were loads of them. When I got home I had to check all my belongings for bed bugs, then wash and tumble dry on high heat to make sure any eggs were dead. They did give me my money bac

Check in erfolgte über den automaten, da es keine richtige Rezeption gibt. Nach mehreren Anläufen hat’s dann geklappt. Ich hatte extra den female dorm gebucht, bin dann allerdings aufgrund von Bettwanzen die ich in allen betten gefunden habe, umgebucht worden. Die Dame am telefon war sehr freundlich und ich habe mich ernst genommen gefühlt, jedoch bezweifle ich, dass das Hostel nichts von dem Befall weiß. Eine Erstattung für den mixed dorm mit mehr betten wurde nicht einmal erwähnt.

Assez mal entretenu la preuve j'ai chopé une allergie ou je pense des punaises de lit ! Je ne suis pas difficile mais l'hygiène pour moi ça doit être irréprochable dans une auberge

la ubicación excelente, pero en la cama había chinches, en el baño también, me despertó una picazón terrible y al otro día estaba llena de piquetes, en el baño encontré chinches, envié mensaje y nunca tuve respuesta.

Não recomendo, o quarto 40 que é o dormitório feminino tinha percevejos na cama , viemos todos mordidos e algumas de nós tiveram de ir para o hospital.. Não recomendo e espero que seja feita uma inspeção sanitária para não acontecer o mais ninguém. Já pedi a fatura e até agora não recebi nada. Lamentável

Las instalaciones un 5 sin ascensor aún que dicen ser un 4 porque no cuenta la primera planta y la cama tenía chinches

try to find another hostel. i was eaten alive by bed bugs and would not suggest staying here. i stayed for two nights and received around 7 bites altogether. the bites were extremely itchy and red, i had three on my arm, two on my shoulder and unfortunately two on my face.

This hostel have bed bugs ! I figured it out late (00h) and as there is nobody at the reception, I call the "24h" numéro. Twice, no answer. At 1h30, finally they answered and give me another room. I couldn't find any bed bugs in this new room but slept afraid of having some. This new room was a mixed one, but I paid for a female one. I asked for refund. No answer so far, I even don’t know if they are considering it. No customer service. Im disappointed. I strongly recommand to book anywhere else

Excelente ubicación. Pero me queda la duda si entraron mosquitos a mi habitación o hay chinches en la cama ya que desperté con brazos, piernas y espalda llena de ronchas juntas.

unfortunately i found bedbugs in the bed during the night so i had to spend the night in the reception couch, without resting at all.

4th floor is too high to reach. free coffee and water but no water in the coffee machine. bed bugs in bed 42D. they might have come from the blanket that mamy people has used before because the bedsheets look clean.

unpersönlich Check in über eine Maschine. Unfreundlichen Personal das total desinteressiert ist. Keine Rückmeldung auf E-mails. Bettwanzen in den Betten. Mitten in der Nacht versucht jemanden zu erreichen - vergeblich. Keine Sekunde geschlafen und bis heute noch keine Rückmeldung vom Manager wegen Rückerstattung erhalten. WENN EUCH EURE GESUNDHEIT WICHTIG IST, DASS MEIDET DIESES HOTEL.
