Hotel Atelier Vavin

The attitude of the staffs. We had to wait for awhile to get into our rooms, even though we arrived one hr after the check in time. Then, we got locked out at night since the key was left behind at the reception for safety. They replying in a non sympathetic way that they were fixing the shower. No apologies. The last thing is, we found a bug in the bed and told them about it. They said they would check and change the sheets. However we never got an apology or follow up about it. And they didn't change the sheets either, to our notice .......We would have expected that they say they didn't find it again but that they are sorry perhaps

I woke up all bitten, I was bitten by bedbugs, my whole body itches and is covered in bedbug bites

The hotel and the rooms looked much better on pictures than irl. The elevator was so small that I was worried my small suitcase won't fit inside. The room felt a bit claustrophobic and the walls were paper thin. I could hear what other guests were watching in another room and there was virtually no hallway. Luckily for me, I only booked a one-night stay and was so tired I fell asleep almost instantly, so the noise coming from the other guests did not bother me that much.
