Serenata Hostel

I booked this property through Booking.com and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The bed had bed bugs, which made it impossible to sleep and caused me to get sick. The next day I had to visit a doctor, which cost me €105. I reported the issue to Booking.com, and they tried reaching the property by phone and email, but the property never responded. This shows a serious lack of accountability and customer care. I have been a frequent traveler for years and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property until they address the hygiene standards and take responsibility for guest safety.

The room appeared clean, but I woke up with large welts on my next & face. Bedbugs?

Bed bugs. Bathroom on the next floor. Terrible pillow, had to make one myself. I gave them 2 days to contact me including email about bed bugs, there was nothing in response. I had a nice view from my room but apart from that it was very average normally. Bed bugs = very poor.
