Hollywood VIP Hotel

The location was great! The employees were nice. Preface: I stupidly didnt read the reviews. I was in a last minute panic when I booked this hotel. Upon entering my room and turned on the light there was an acrylic nail that had been pulled off right in the middle of the floor. The room wasn't horrible but definitely had its qwerks. As soon as I went into the bathroom I saw a couple of baby roaches. Then sheets did look clean and the bed werent the best but weren't horrible either. There was no light bulb in the table lamp. When plugged in the TV once its turned on...but doesnt turn off so you had to unplug it when you were done. There wad no ice bucket but I easily asked for one. There was no security lock on the inside or no manual lock on the inside of the handle. After the first night. I woke up the next morning I found a bed bug in my bed. After reading reviews in the hotel I knew there was no point in arguing with management. I had no money to get another hotel and I was 6 hours from home. I didnt get a picture because I just reacted when I saw it and killed it. Went to the local CVS and stripped the sheets off the bed and sprayed both with bed bug spray. The toilet paper was only 1 ply. The main reason I picked this hotel was they offered free breakfast.....went to go look in the morning and its only one choice of cereal and milk, white toast and butter. Then instant coffee with powdered creamer. So very disappointing with their breakfast options. Then the back door to the building where their "Private Parking" is didnt lock. So anyone could walk into the hotel. It is extra for parking but I feel like it should be included if youre paying staying there. So I did make the choice to stay but I really had no other choices to go anywhere. My daughter and I both ended up with bed bug bites. Even after spraying but didnt physically see any more bed bugs. I killed 1-3 roaches a day by the sink and in the bathroom.

Their inside the room have little animals in the back, (chinches ), and when I put the reclaimed they said bye bye to you I have serious problems in my face after the chinches atack me . So my experience is so bad they no have Higiene and they teff my deposit never give to me again that hotel is horrible and the staff more horrible. Nothing

Breakfast what breakfast?? I found small rouches I had to trash my dinner & old bedbugshells

Bed bugs and wont refund Location

El hotel es una tomada de pelo, es un engaño total como se anuncia. Está asqueroso el hotel lleno de chinches, cucarachas y telarañas, además de muy descuidado. Las fotos que anuncian tienen retoque fotográfico. La ropa de cama sucia y manchada al igual que las toallas sucias y percudidas además que solo dejan una para tres personas. Los colchones no caben en las bases, rechinan y truenan y había cucarachas abajo de las sábanas.Los frigobares con bloques de hielo que en meses no han limpiado ni deshielado, no sirven las chapas de las habitaciones y no cierran bien las puertas.Todo el hotel huele horrible.Cuidado por que no regresan el dinero de las reservaciones y las personas que atienden en recepción son muy groseras y prepotentes como la Sra. Gaby.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, si quieres que te piquen chinches hospedate aquí, salimos corriendo cuando nos dimos cuenta de todo eso ahh reservé 2 habitaciones de las cuales solo me dieron 1 por reservar con el mismo nombre asquerosidad de hotel hollywood vip Todo ,servicio,atención,rateros si reservas 2 habitaciones con el mismo nombre da por perdida la 2 habitación, sumale que las recamaras están en muy mal estado
