Just the other room needs more cleaning due to bed bug

It's a real shame because it has the makings of a really cute place - lots of amenities too - but our room was covered in mold and black mold. I felt it was a health hazard. So we ate the non refundable costs from booking.com and are looking for somewhere safer for the next few nights we are here. Hostels aren't meant to be super fancy but I do expect to not breathe in black mold. No bed bugs though but I'd def avoid here if you have respiratory issues. If they cleaned up the place it'd be really cute, as you can tell there was intention in trying to make this place nice.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und mussten nach zwei Nächten vorzeitig abreisen, da ich über 30 Stiche durch Bettwanzen hatte – später in der Apotheke bestätigt. Leider war kein Personal vor Ort und auf unsere E-Mail und telefonische Kontaktaufnahme reagierte der Betreiber bis heute nicht. Eine Rückerstattung wurde nicht angeboten oder beantwortet. Sehr enttäuschend, besonders mit Kindern. Ohne Verbesserung von Hygiene und Kommunikation kann ich dieses Hostel nicht empfehlen.

Great location but that's the only positive. The whole house has a bad odor and there's mold in the room / bathroom. Shower leaks. Very dirty. Sleeping ( or lack there of because I'm so uneasy and uncomfortable) with the window cracked because the smell is so bad. Reading old reviews, it looks like the owner has completely ignored the mold and uncleanliness of the kitchen/ house, which is a real shame because it has potential to be great. Beds are very uncomfortable with flat pillows and I'm questioning the conditions of the mattresses, hoping for no bed bugs- I would not recommend. Edited to add: dropped a star because people were smoking indoors and between the smell of cigarettes and the musty, yucky smell already there, it was impossible to sleep. Do noooootttt book.

- some beds seems really unhygienic and, one of my friend woke up with lots of what I assumed to be bedbug bites. Had to go to boots to see a pharmacist. - small bathroom and the door on the shower looks like it’s going to fall off. Found a slug in the bathroom in my room. The bathroom door were kind of broken. - the rooms are very stuffy and hot. - beds and bathroom are not the cleanest.
